Sly was wonderful! It turns out that the person who was supposed to do our sprinkler blowout back in October, never turned off our water, so now we got an irrigation issue! Sly was so great to guide me over the phone and ask me to send him photos. He explained to me what the problem could be and showed up to my house late at night, he spent some time with a flashlight, looking at a way to stop the leak while we made a decision to fix the situation. He was kind and professional and understood my emotional state due to the stressful situation.

I cannot say enough good things about Sly. He has come to help us multiple times. He is available as soon as we need him. He is so knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Sly is not only an amazing plumber, but also an amazing person. After our old water heater started leaking carbon monoxide into our house he helped us in choosing a model and setup that would ensure we felt safe in our home again. He was kind and patient with us as we figured it all out and even consulted with other professional’s to evaluate our situation, our ventilation and our needs. He provided us with various options that fit our situation and was up front about the cost and work needed to get the job done right. Very responsive and helpful. Best service I have ever had: 9:00 that sucks, my water heater is broken and I have a puddle in my basement. 9:05 Bo (owner) I have a puddle in the basement. 9:35 Bo arrives. 9:40 water heater ordered 10:00 guys arrive to install it. 11:00 done. Nobody is that fast! Amazon can't even do that. Chick-fil-a on state is that fast, but that is the best service I have seen anytime. Bo knows his stuff, honesty and experience has no substitute. Highly recommended.

We received the best service with this company. I needed a water heater urgently and they were able to come and replace my old one within two days. It was also substantially cheaper than any of the other bids I got and the best service I've had in a long time. Highly recommended this company. They also left the area where my water heater is cleaner than when they came. So happy with my experience!

I had Sly come by to help replace my water heaters and water softener. He's awesome and very professional. This is the first time I've ever had a plumber come by to test the hardness of my water to ensure we got a softener that worked for us. He was so thorough. You can tell the man takes pride in his work. I'm immunocompromised and Sly was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

1) Had a jetted bathtub slow draining plug replaced.Had 3 different plumbers tell me that it was a major job.Sly came and replaced the plug and took care of the slow draining. (Thank you Sly) 2) He repaired a leaking toilet that again had supposedly been taken care of by 2 previous servicemen 3) Replaced garbage disposal due to leak under sink Would highly recommend S&L Plumbing

I had an emergency with my businesses DI tank and was left wondering what to do and if it was even possible to fix. I was able to get in contact that night with Sly and next day he was able to solve my solution at a fraction of the cost it would’ve been to replace it all. Can’t recommend him enough!
