The technicians, Tripp and Milton, were great. Did a great job. They were very knowledgeable about the Trane system they were installing. Explained everything and left my house clean. They came on time and were very efficient. So glad I chose Ryan and Co to do the job. A friend was so pleased with Ryan and Co they were highly recommended to me. I will highly recommend them to anyone who need a central air system. Also, my sales person Kevin was so helpful in advising what system would be right for my house.
I have been using Ryan & Co for about 8 years to keep my AC and Furnace running and highly recommend their services. All the technicians are on-time, friendly and knowledge and the team in the office is always great to deal with as well . I just had the AC unit replaced and was very happy. They were able to order a new unit and were here to install in just days so didn't have to go without AC for very long. Tripp and Milton were here first thing in the morning and had me up and running by the afternoon. They both were professional, knowledgeable and extremely neat. They cleaned up after they were done and you would never have known they were here. I am very happy with the work from quote to install. I would recommend them and will continue to use them.
I have been using Ryan and Co for over 10 years and never had a bad experience with them. Their pricing is fair, the employees are knowledgeable, polite, and kind. I have had HVAC and plumbing work done over the years. Always great!
Natalie was helpful to schedule and Trevor was courteous at the appointment, but I was definitely mislead on pricing. I was told it would be a $99 fee, but at the end of the service I was told the price was $330. I was advised by Natalie that if there was going to be an additional charge, the technician should have advised me of this fact prior to engaging in further work. No actual work was performed, Trevor just did some observations to locate the source of the leak and turned off a valve and was here for a total of 35 minutes. I am overall disappointed in the lack of transparency with their pricing.
I had a strange issue with my boiler and six-zone hot water baseboard system. Tripp was the technician, and he quickly determined that the boiler itself was fine—but the six Nest thermostats I had been using for several winters were interfering with the control valves for each heating zone. He replaced them with standard, battery-powered Honeywell thermostats, and everything worked perfectly. It was a huge relief after dealing with 55-degree bedrooms during a -1° weekend. I can’t recommend Ryan & Company highly enough. Tripp was polite, on time, courteous, and demonstrated a very high level of workmanship.
