I’ve used RWD Services several different times for plumbing issues for my properties, and they continue to impress me with their expertise and professionalism. I’ve worked with many plumbers over the years, and they truly stand out as the best. They diagnose problems accurately, fix them right the first time, and always look for creative solutions that minimize damage to the home. In several cases, they rerouted lines through the attic with such precision that you’d never know a repair was done. They take the time to explain the issue and walk through the repair plan in detail, and they understand the urgency when a leak occurs—often making room in their schedule as quickly as possible. You can always find someone cheaper, but if you want the job done correctly the first time and save money in the long run, RWD Services is the team you want.

RWD Services did great work in a bad situation. No one wants to do this repair -- replacing cast iron sewer pipes throughout their home and yard -- but they were very reliable, great coimmunicators, and stayed on budget. I recommend them.

When we discovered the warm kitchen floor was 90 degrees, we knew we had a problem. A excellent plumber we met during a water heater leak was the first I texted Sunday. In 30 minute he called back and said he did not do this but referred me to RWD. My husband had just left town (yeah..). I called Sunday and Austin, Chase, and Eli came out the next morning. Austin really worked hard to figure out the best way to replumb the hot water line back 80 feet to the primary bathroom. He feared 7-15 sheet rock cuts in the ceiling and eventually decided it was best to route it outside the house, tunnel under the porch step and go to the primary bathroom by that way. He also said it was direct vs turning on right angles as the plumbing went through upstairs. I appreciated his logic; he explained everything and the next day, many persons came out, tunneled 1 foot deep and once in the bathroom, 7 feet to the major hook on. They did that without breaking any sprinkler system or exterior lighting wires!! They replaced the soil so you cannot tell it even happened. I cannot say enough good things about RWD!!! I will use them from here on out. -family owned -honest -quality work -fair pricing -great communication -friendly and kind -actually CARE about their customers!! Recently we had a water leak. We paid another plumbing company $1065 just to tell us it's a fresh water leak and to locate the leak. We were told it was a slab leak. I was given a quote to tunnel or jack hammer through the slab. I told them I didn't want to do either of those options but to reroute the line through the ceiling (this is how they do it on new builds). I wasn't given a quote for that so I began to shop around. Fast forward researching endlessly & getting quotes. I decided to go with RWD after Chase came out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was giving me quotes for every option I asked for. When they came back to fix the slab leak, they discovered we actually did not have a slab leak at all!! Water was coming from elsewhere. So glad to have the actual problem solved and for their honesty. Brady and Carol, who answer ALL 100 of my calls, were so patient, kind and helpful. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond. Again, I can't say enough good things about them!!

These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job. They will respect your home and property. They clean up after the job and put furniture and/or appliances back in place before they leave. They will treat your home as if it were their home.

Contacted RWD regarding a slab leak, but ultimately we decided to repipe the house. Austin came out to review the project and was more thorough than any of the other companies we had out. They were able to begin work quickly and were more reasonably priced than the other companies I got quotes from. (Like 8 total iirc) Austin and his team showed up on time and started right away, they were able to repipe the whole house (cold water only, hot had been done in the past) in two days with minimal damage to drywall and landscaping, the amount of care they took to minimize drywall damage was greatly appreciated and made it easier to repair afterwards. (Especially considering the difficulty and how little attic space was available) They also went above and beyond for specific requests (outdoor hydrant that is not typical in the area), and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The amount of care and follow up they showed was atypical (from most companies) but greatly appreciated. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

I recently had RWD Services replace the water lines to my kitchen island due to a leaky hot water line underneath the slab. The technicians located the leaking line, replaced the lines with PEX, rerouted lines through the attic, dug a trench from the nearest wall to the kitchen island, ran PEXs lines and made the final connections. From the initial consultation to the final touches, both the office staff and the technicians displayed a high level of professionalism and thoroughness. The technicians were punctual, respectful, and highly skilled, taking time to explain the entire process to me. The trenching area was kept to a small space and there was a minimal disruption to our daily routine. They ensured that everything was done to code, lines were properly insulated, and the drywall cuts were kept to a minimum. The work area was left clean and tidy, the dust from the trenching activity and the drywall repairs were minimal. I was impressed and pleased with RWD Services' work and recommend them for plumbing needs.

I had RWD Services re-route my washer line to the front of my house and connect it to my mainline. This involved breaking up some of my driveway and tunneling under my walkway. Also they replaced the old 1957 plumbing in the laundry room and underneath the kitchen bringing it all up to code. It looks pretty fancy and it works. The trench was pretty impressive as well. When the guys did the backfill they were tapping the dirt down to minimize the size of the mound. I was very pleased with how it looked as well as the concrete work. The men that worked on the job I got to know personally. Each one of them are solid hard working guys. The person I got to know the best was Carol. She makes sure everything in that office runs like clockwork. She'd text or call me letting me know who was coming out and what that person was going to do. Then there was follow- up communication to make sure things went okay. Needless to say I highly recommend this company. Kirk Arnold

I had a small leak starting at the base of one toilet. I wasn't sure what it needed, but thought maybe the wax seal needed replacing. I called RWD and spoke with Carol first. After describing the issue, Carol asked a number of questions about the issue to determine if the need may have been more than the wax seal (potentially a blockage in the line). She gave me what she thought would be the estimate based on the answers to her questions and scheduled someone out for the next afternoon. The gentleman arrived right on time, was very professional, covered his wet shoes before entering the house and took care of the problem in no time. He took pictures of the before and after to show me and as a bonus, he loved my dogs and they seemed to like him. He was done replacing the wax seal in short order and the cost was exactly where I expected based on Carol's initial estimate. I would highly recommend RWD Services.

Thank you and everyone at RWD for working with me to help meet my deadline to be able to close on Monday. I am glad that I reached out to our longtime plumber, Mark Ondras, for advice on how I should go about dealing with the surprise of a sewer leak after having 41 piers installed to correct the foundation. He immediately told me to stay away from the big company that I was being steered towards by the foundation company and to call RWD because they were good at what they do and more importantly they were honest people. I had the pleasure of having Austin last week, came to my house to look into two issues. The first was a water leak outside of the house, which turned out to be a sprinkler box water leak. The second was a low-pressure water faucet. Austin quickly diagnosed the problems and found that the low-pressure issue was simply due to a clogged aerator, which he replaced for me. For the sprinkler box water leak, Austin informed me that it was a job for a sprinkler technician and recommended that I get one to fix it. What impressed me the most was that he didn't charge me anything for his services, saying that changing an aerator was a very small task. Austin's professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness were truly commendable. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable plumber. Thank you, Austin, for your exceptional service!

I had reached out to several plumbing companies in the area but as soon as Carol (office manager) and Brady answered the phones and listened to my concerns I knew I was in good hands. They assured me the owner of RWD always wants to take care of his customers and they kept their word as they treated me like family from the beginning to the end - RWD dispatched Les and Larry out to my home who were on top of their game. They were definitely experts in their craft as they quickly assessed the issue and were transparent and communicative every step of the way. It honestly didn't feel like a business to me as they gave off a family vibe of just an extended family who came out to take care of their own and that's really rare in these times.
