Has my tankless hot water heater repaired. Had Nick come to check it out and it needed some new parts. 2 days later they had the parts but couldn’t get it up and running. They went back to the manufacturer of the gas regulator and got some more info and Nathan came and had it running 2 days later. I was very happy with the communication and timeframe in which they got the issue resolved. I would recommend them and I signed up for their service plan for the plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance plan. Very well run company.

Nick did a great job with a fairly complex clog in our lines. Very courteous, professional, patient, and communicative. He also cleaned up his work space exceptionally well, which any homeowner appreciates. Highly recommend Nick as your go-to plumbing pro!

Our 18 year old tub / shower stall drain started to leak due to corrosion. Rudd's plumber, Paul C., arrived on time and had the drain, overflow and piping replaced in about three hours. His ingenuity and experience not only had it repaired the same day, but saved us thousands by doing the work without us having to replace the entire tub unit. Rudd will henceforth be our go to plumbing business in the future.

We had a great experience with Jayce at Rudd Plumbing. He came out within 45 minutes on a Saturday to assess a leak issue with our shower, which was incredibly fast and appreciated. He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to thoroughly get to the bottom of the issue instead of just giving a quick temporary answer. The leak happened right before we were leaving for vacation and I feel a little at piece knowing we have a start to everything before we go. He also referred us to a remediation company that was just as responsive and professional. They came out within an hour and Jayce also had reports and estimates back to us within 24 hours. He was efficient and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation. Super nice and caring. Very pleased with the service from start to finish and we will absolutely call Rudd again if we ever need anything in the future.

Absolutely one of most professional group in the home service sector. Techs are highly trained/skilled in the industry. Appointments were easy to make & confirmed the day prior. Techs did a thorough job and explained their findings and were able to make the adjustments/repairs as needed.
