Ruben showed up on time and replaced my kitchen faucet rather quickly I thought. Very fairly priced service and most of all he was very respectful, putting booties on before coming into the house and very kind in answering my questions.

Had a clog that prevented multiple fixtures from draining properly in the middle of the afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to fix it. He asked questions to ensure he understood the issue and the how the house was plumbed. He explained some possible outcomes/risks and then snaked out the clog successfully. Ruben showed up on time and was able to complete the work within an hour and a half.

Ruben and his team got to my place quickly and unclogged the drain in my shower very efficiently. He even explained how I can prevent future clogs and charged me a very fair price for his work. He gave me a very affordable estimate for the water heater I may need to replace, I'll definitely be calling HIM for the job. I highly recommend Ruben and his team

Dealing with Ruben and his team was absolutely an amazing experience. We had an emergency situation with our water heater at our home. So we searched up for a reliable, trustworthy plumber near us and found Ruben’s company. He was able to come out the same day to repair our water heater. What I truly appreciated the most about him is his honesty. He was so clear at communicating and explaining what went wrong with our water heater, and when I feel someone else would’ve tried to upsell or recommend replacing the unit, Ruben very kindly and patiently helped us to understand that that wouldn’t be necessary, at least for a good while longer. My water heater broke in spectacular fashion on the coldest day of the coldest winter in years. I called these guys on Monday afternoon after work, and the next morning, that water heater was replaced! That includes the dual shut off and backlog valves, and all the fittings (which were either reworked or replaced). They came through when I needed it the most. It is rare that you find a company that gives you the Trifecta of good service, namely: 1. Fast 2. Great Quality 3. Reasonably Priced Usually you are fortunate to get 2 out of 3 of these and then you have to pick which one you are willing to sacrifice. These guys delivered on all 3. Not only that, but they are master licensed and educated me on how to properly maintain my system. If you need guys who really know what they are doing, RS Plumbing is who you want to call.

We all know how complex issues with older homes and especially condos can be with plumbing issues and what I thought would be just a simple garbage disposal swap out revealed much bigger issues that needed resolving as well. They were very professional and kept me updated, educating me throughout the entire process. They even provided a courtesy call back to check on my satisfaction and noted that I was not completely satisfied with the correct install methods although preferred practice and reasonable, they promptly returned to make the needed adjustments to match both my desired layout preferences as well as meet best practice for the piping. I’m 100% satisfied with the service, time and attention to all my home and families plumbing needs.

I was having some trouble with some of the piping in one of the bathrooms at home in the Annapolis area, including a small but noticeable leak. One of my neighbors used Ruben's team before and he highly recommended him. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and results of the repairs. My shop neighbor called early yesterday morning letting me know they noticed water under my shop’s door that was spilling out. I went over to take a look and there seemed to be a leak from somewhere in the small bathroom by the front door. I called Ruben on the recommendation of my brother whom has used his services before and he came out to my shop in Annapolis very promptly. He detected a damaged/burst pipe. I was impressed by how precise and skilled his work is. Very fair price too, considering he came out last minute on a Sunday.

We wanted to install a grill in our backyard for the summer and wanted to run a gas line to it. After researching contractors that specialize in gas line installations, we went with RS Plumbing, and we are glad we did. They’re highly experienced and a very professional group of guys. They installed everything up to code and the gas lines are run very cleanly and more importantly, safely as well. Needless to say, we’re very impressed with their work, we would highly recommend them.

Absolutely awesome! Such a great team of individuals. I had a main waterline leak and they provided me with a generous estimate and were willing to be flexible, were able to get the work done as soon as possible, and the quality of the work is impressive. Very communicative, timely, and they really care about the customer. Literally got my water back up and running just a couple days after the issue, when something like this can take much longer to get fixed.
