Great communication, spent plenty of time explaing the work being done and keepijg me informed of the progress.

Going into the holidays we were frustrated to realize our hot water heater was no longer working. I called and got a few quotes from various vendors. Royal Service does a free visit to give a proper estimate. They were willing to work with us and make a replacement happen within our budget. Carson was our tech and he was incredibly thorough and very considerate. His work is impressive. I highly recommend the team here.

Royal plumbing services was excellent. They came out on a Sat night to fix an emergency situation I was having. It wasn't completely fixed/kind of a new issue popped up and they came back to help me. Both plumbers (Carson and Steven) were very kind and patient explaining what they thought was going on. They were also very kind and patient with my dogs who were barking. I would definitely call them again if I need more plumbing work.

My inside sprinkler shut off valve was old and not seating properly. Unfortunately it was not something I could do since the valve was soldered on to the copper pipes. Finding a good plumber is hard and none of my neighbors could recommend anyone. Royal Services had good reviews so I took a chance. The technician Steve was extremely competent, thoughtful, considerate and thorough. He did a quick inspection of water connected devices, explained what he’d do to fix my problem and presented the job cost to me. The cost was more than I hoped even after some discounting however the work needed to be done. Steve is one of those professionals you don’t have to check up on as he knows exactly what has to be done and the most efficient way to do it (experience). Excellent workmanship along with being a nice human being. I wish the cost was less but I have no qualms about the quality of work done and in today’s world that’s a good end result. I would use Steve again without hesitation and keep putting away a little money for future repairs.

Don’t second guess yourself!!! Just book these guys!!!!!! Customer service, kind and genuinely caring workers, clean up, all 10/10!! My husband and I just bought a house and unfortunately have run across too many things that need emergency work done. Carson came out to look at our gutters; they go under the ground and drain out, but they were clogged and not draining. Carson did everything he could to unclog them, but the previous home owners completely damaged them. They came back with a crew of 4 for 2 days and a crew of two to finish on the third day. They dug out our old collapsed/clogged lines, retrenched and re directed them, and included our sump pump to drain into one of the drainage lines. They literally did everything they possibly could to make this difficult emergency, a lot less stressful. They also have financing! Thank you Royal Services for all your hard work!!!! We are customers for LIFE now!

With an 8 month old baby we want to bed one night and we’re alerted to a leak coming from our hot water heater. Our house main shut off was corroded and not operational so we had to shut it off at the street…no water for the family. Royal showed up early the next day and helped my family first get an isolation valve at the water heater so my wife and baby had water to use! An extremely thoughtful installer who diagnosed the problem with excellent communication and worked through several issues in my house for a fair price. Jeff was amazing, curious and clean, got us a new water heater and main shut off installed same day so my family and I were back to regular operation in no time. Will definitely call them next time I have any issues. Jeff was great and we couldn’t speak more highly of the service provided. Thanks Royal!

I had 5ish plumbers quote our job and Royal was not only the most communicative and quickest to come out to see the work, but also ended up being the best pricing. It was still pricey, because it’s plumbing, but they had a no surprises acopio approach that I really appreciated. We worked with Jared and he was great. He was super patient with our chaotic, “just moved in and still painting and everything” home environment. He worked hard to get the work done and went above and beyond to make sure we could knock out the broader project we had on our plate. I would recommend Royal and Jared to friends and family, because I had the best experience with them after reaching out to several of the area plumbers.

Update 4/27/26: I had to have a leaking 50 year old yard hydrant fixed. Dylan did an excellent job. He's friendly. very knowledgeable & got it doe quickly He had to improvise a little bit and was able to repair it without having to replace it. I am very satisfied and grateful I used Royal Services for the first time today. Carson was awesome! He was so friendly, professional and did a wonderful job! From making the appointment to Carson finishing the work the customer service was great. The pricing was reasonable and I didn't feel gouged at all like I did with another company I used a little while back I definitely will use this company again and highly recommend them

Let me save you the headache of searching for a plumbing company. Royal’s pricing was fair, the team was professional and timely, and scheduling service was a breeze. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I had them replace a hot water tank, install a new main shutoff valve, and fix a dripping sink and a running toilet. The work was done cleanly and correctly, and they took the time to explain everything along the way. It’s hard to find a plumbing company that’s responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Royal Services Plumbing checks all the boxes. Highly recommend.

I had an unexpected problem with my kitchen sink, and needed someone to come out ASAP. Steve from Royal Services Plumbing came out within an hour from my initial call and totally fixed the problem, and also did some additional checkups to let me know about future maintenance I will need to consider. All in all, I was extremely happy with Steve's courteous and professional manner, his quick arrival, and his courteous and professional demeanor. My kitchen sink and garbage disposal are running good as new now; because of this, Steve has made me a Royal Services Plumbing customer for life!!

Steve is the most competent and hardworking tradesperson I have ever met, hands down. Spent hours to diagnose a water heater issue that wasn’t even related to the plumbing, but the ventilation around the water heater. When our water heater broke 6 months later (unrelated issue), he was back to fix it up same day, and also replaced a basement toilet that was broken. It ended up being 8 hours total of installation on a last minute notice and he was professional and personable the entire time. Extremely hard worker and extremely competent. Can’t say enough how awesome Steve is. Thanks Royal

I had a water leak on my main water line as it came into the house. Fortunately they were able to cut part of the foundation concrete to get access to the pipe. They diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it. Jared and Dylan showed up promptly. They were friendly, professional and very competent. I think the cost was a little expensive but the bottom line is that it is fixed and I avoided having to spend money to abate the water damage if it would have continued. They also replaced the shutoff valve making it much easier to shot off water to the house.

Carson came out on a Saturday evening, merely an hour after we called due to a faucet that would not shut off and had already started flooding our garage. He calmly diagnosed the issue, offered multiple solutions and, based on our desire to have this fixed once and not need to be dealt with (ever :) ) again, ultimately replaced the worn-out faucet with a durable, all-temperature one in addition to installing a dedicated shutoff valve in our crawlspace (as a bit of insurance). Thank you so much - great service and cannot recommend Carson and Royal Services enough!

I feel Royal Plumbing is very professional. Steve came to my home and did an inspection to ensure there were no other potential leaks other than the leak under my bathroom sink. I have had many plumbing issues over the last few years and have used different plumbers. Steve evaluated and gave me an estimate to install a new shut off valve for under the bathroom sink, as the previous one was corroded. I feel he was very thorough and feel confident my leak is now finally fixed. I recommend calling Royal Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have!

Top notch service. Great response. I Had an emergency situation with my sprinkler manifold that could have been a disaster. I called other shops and they couldn’t get me in for days and that would’ve been too late. It was a relatively small repair but it needed fast attention and they did just that. The tech they sent out was professional and knowledgeable and gave awesome service. It was a bit expensive for the scope of work - but then again I didn’t have the ability to do it myself and it would’ve cost me thousands - so overall - great!
