We had an older home and water heater was in closet in middle of house , no proper drain to exterior, Danny was able to come out 40 min after calling and give quote and budget friendly solution !began work same day and was done in 2 hours . He did a fantastic job and didn’t cost us an arm and a leg . 10/10 recommend Royal Plumbing, and if you can request Danny , I would do that !

My wife and I were needing a plumbing service here in Longview. We were wanting a professional, honest, Christian family owned company. Royal was recommended to us. I called and set up an appointment for the next day. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Danny and Sean? ( sorry if this is wrong or misspelled) Were right on time. Assessed the problem. Explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, and went right to work. They did excellent work. Went above and beyond. Charged honestly. Royal will always be our go to from now on. Danny and his team did a fantastic job on my new home construction. He was very professional and took the time to provide explanations for the questions I had. Royal Plumbing is very responsive and provides same day service. They offer very competitive pricing as well. The office lady Skylar is always so pleasant and prompt in handling my questions or concerns, and Sean was very accommodating when finishing up the final stages of my plumbing. I would highly recommend Royal Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.

Danny did an excellent job! We had to replace the shut-off valve underneath our kitchen sink and it took around an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, and answered any questions we had. You pay for their expertise and attention to detail. The lady answering the phone also provided great customer service and was very patient. When we called, we were able to get an appointment the next day. 10/10 experience, would be using them again.

Thank you! A plumbing company that actually answers the phone and the appointment arrival was right on time. My issue was resolved and was very reasonably priced. I later had a separate issue that was immediately dealt with after calling and I was EXTREMELY happy with the outcome (thank you Shawn).
