Royal flush came and worked on my old house. I had a clogged pipe. They did an excellent job trying to get that clog undone. They went above and beyond to achieve that goal. You rock Royal Flush you saved my day!!
I was recommended Royal Flush by a friend and was very pleased with the entire experience! Jose and Garrett delivered top quality service all while educating me about the inner workings of my home. Without a doubt will be using them in the future.
Garrett, what can I say but what an amazing job he just did on our house! Leaking water in our guest bathroom to hour master bedroom and bathroom! Ha! No match! My kids and wife are soo happy now. Feel like a new bathroom! High quality representation, affordable prices and speedy work!!
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and terrible at there jobs! They had to fix a shower that was dripping when you turn it off. They have been out two times and still have not fixed it! They do not try to accommodate your schedule even after they mess it up. I had them fix a garbage disposal on the same call and they forgot to pop the plug for the dishwasher so it flooded my kitchen. All around terrible experience! I would not recommend and would recommend anyone else except them!
This company is rude and unprofessional. They were sent out through my Home Warranty Co. to fix my hot water heater. The first trip, the tech literally came in, flipped my breaker switch, and left without verifying any hot water or the resolution of the problem. A week later, I still did not have hot water. After several phone calls to their company, my Home Warranty Co sent them out again (same tech) and he was beyond rude! They were supposed to arrive between 10a-2p. At 130p I called he company because I had not heard on word form them. When the tech arrived he told me there was nothing wrong with my hot water heater, and that if I didn't like their service why didn't I call someone else? Who says that to a paying customer?! I didn't choose your company, my Home Warranty Co did! He did nothing to fix my hot water heater or research the problem. Instead, he told me to call an electrician, got in his truck, and left! I wonder if the owner of this company realizes the quality of employee that he is sending out on jobs to represent his company to the public? I would be embarrassed to say the least!
Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink at my rental house. There was a noticeable leak in the basket strainer and a less noticeable but definite leak down the head supply tube (down to the water shut off valves). The Royal Flush owner, "Desmond", misidentified the 2nd leak and stated that the leak was actually coming from the kitchen sink faucet. Initially, he quoted me $325 for labor and I buy the faucet. In consideration that I had waited 5 hours, he agreed to repair leak for $150 (for labor) and he stated that he would return the next day at 10 A.M. Royal Flush cancelled that appointment and sent another plumber. He arrived at about 11:30 A.M. However, he sat inside his truck for approximately 30 minutes. He did not get out until I contacted "Cecil the dispatcher" who texted the plumber. "Brad the plumber" alleged that he rang the doorbell and no one answered. I informed him that he never got out of his truck. I had waived him down and I had been waiting by the porch the whole time. (My renter can confirm this). Brad concluded leak was from the faucet and replaced it and the basket strainer. I made a mistake to assume the leak was repaired and relied on my renter. I should returned and re-inspected the sink after the renter washed her dishes. A few days later, my renter did inform me that she had been out and delayed informing me that the water leak continued. I called Royal Flush. (This was 7 business days after "Brad's repairs). The new plumber confirmed the leak and offered to fix it for $175. I called "Christye the office manager" and informed her that I would pay for the parts but did not think it was fair to have to pay an additional $175 for a leak that should have been identified by the 2 previous plumbers. She responded that I had gotten $450 worth of labor for $150. I disagreed with her "bargain assessment" and declined any additional work from Royal Flush. Basically, Royal Flush fixed 1 of the 2 leaks by replacing the basket strainer. I ended up buying a kitchen faucet ($85) that did not need replacement and paid Royal Flush to replace it. I ended up hiring someone else to fix the 2nd leak. All he did was replace the water shut off valves (Angle Stop Multi-Turn Straight Valves). This is where the leak was coming from. I called 2 separate "licensed plumbers" and gave them my scenario. I was informed that the standard labor rate charge should have been $150 to $175 and should have been fixed with one visit. My question to Royal Flush is how can two of your "licensed plumbers" miss this leak? Did "Brad" not spot the leak when he shut off the "water shut off valves" to replace the faucet? I did not adequately research Royal Flush. I feel bad for the other customers who have suffered losses more severe than mine. Needless to say, I will never use Royal Flush again. If their plumbers can't identify a simple leak with easy access underneath the kitchen sink, how could I ever trust them to handle a hidden leak between the walls or under the floors? Manuel M
11/26/25 update: I had previously reviewed RFP when they found and fixed an occult leak for me 4 years ago. Despite the fact that I live in Dallas, they have become my go-to plumbers. Today they performed a Thanksgiving miracle - late last night, when I placed the turkey in the sink before starting preparations to host all of my in laws for the holidays, my sink entirely came apart. I called Kristi at RFP, and she informed me that 1) as much as she'd love my business, they would cost twice as much as a handyman, and 2) regardless, they were still happy to come out the day before a holiday to help. My husband did get a handyman to recaulk the sink, but he refused to reconnect the plumbing, and RFP came to the rescue. Dylan replaced 2 pieces of pipe and stayed until he could no longer see a micro-leak. I cannot recmmend them enough precisely because they are HONEST, DEPENDABLE, never overcharge, and will listen to your plumbing concerns over the phone to understand if it is a job that is appropriate for them. You can truly feel the difference in big plumbing businesses vs this family owned business. Cannot recommend them highly enough! I cannot recommend Royal Flush Plumbing enough, and in particular DUSTIN and KRISTI who truly saved the day when I had almost given up hope. I had an occult yet massive leak at my house that several plumbers could not find over the course of 10 months. The last 2 plumbers recommended re-piping the house to bypass the yet-unfound leak. Royal Flush Plumbing initially recommended that as well, but Dustin kept searching for the leak, even on the morning he came to start the re-piping. He studied the layout of the house and the path of the pipes in our pier and beam structure, and he figured out that there was a pipe going under our back deck which must have been connected to a sink several renovations ago (there is no active plumbing there that we can see or that was present when we bought the house). He capped the line, and the leak that was wasting >40,000gal water/mo all of a sudden stopped. I am so grateful to him for his dedication, perseverance and ability to think outside the box so that he prevailed where 9 other skilled plumbing companies had previously failed (and saved me $6000 in the process!). The entire team is to be commended. They are hard working, honest, and truly care about helping you out with your plumbing problems. Kristi, the office manager, ALWAYS returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. They were so busy after last week's storms, but they never forgot about us, and promised us they would find the leak. Royal Flush Plumbing has my business for life.
Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked or had out at the house ...several employees and all good people. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant's heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just "get it done" and done "right" sort. Ours is an older house built in the 50' or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots ... and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard's willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us... never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. No hard sales pitch. It's a lot talking about tunneling 40' under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully. After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. Royal Flush! We were well taken care of. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

Where to even start - These guys are hacks. We had a major leak in our house, we could hear it in the bathroom and tried all the usual suspects (toilet, tub, sink) to no avail. Called a few plumbers and heard the same dreaded response "slab leak". So we called our home warranty company. They sent us Royal Flush. The guy who came out to assess the issue assured us they had all the equipment to find the exact source of the leak, and would do a reroute so they didn't have to tear up all the concrete slab. He also told us he would be the one here the next day to fix it. He did not show up the next day. 2 other guys came, and after 2 hours of not being able to detect the leak either with their fancy equipment or by cutting multiple holes in our walls and ceiling they called the first guy. He came out (now there are 3 plumbers in our house) and they finally narrowed it down to a certain line, but told us they couldn't find the other end. Weird thing (according to them) is that the line was 3/4 whereas the rest of the supply lines are 1/2". Long story short, they cut the line, "fix it" and turn the water back on. Now we have a waterfall in our bathroom. Sure enough the "weird" 3/4 line was the MAIN supply line. I'm no plumber but I am smart enough to know that with a slab leak one of the first things you should check is the main!!! So after 7 hours and 11 holes in our walls (yes, 11) they finally found the actual issue and it was fixed in under 2 hours. Then they had the nerve to tell us that we got a heck of a deal because half our house got new plumbing but we were only paying for one slab leak. Are you freaking kidding me? You tore my house to hell, obviously don't know what you were doing and not spending money on things you don't need is NOT a "helluva deal". Do NOT use these guys.
If I Could give a minus I would. First I Made An Approximate Appointment Between 10- Noon for Desmond and i had to call them at 12:20 to see if they were coming, not a good sign. Richard with royal flush showed up finally and I showed him the clogged sink and let him know we had tried to snake it manual with no luck. Richard Just did not seem confident and I'm not sure if it was his first day on the job but he was disorganized however he did finally snaked the drain from the inside with no luck. He Mentioned snaking from the roof and putting a camera from the roof and proceeded outside to do that... I thought? Next Thing I Know He Is back saying it was a cracked pipe and it would cost $3650 and they would have to jack hammer thru my foundation and destroy my tile and would only be responsible for putting it back to rough concrete and could not guarantee that would fix my problem and he could not guarantee that it would not cost more after he broke thru the foundation. So Again I said but did you run the camera? No. Did You Snake It From The Roof? No. I Was Told it was not necessary since the shower and toilets were fine. I just did not believe him. So He Said I owed 189.00 (Thanks For Nothing. )And if I accepted the quote for the repair they would take that amount off. Wow.. really? I was so shocked how crooked people can be. So yes I called another plumber (second opinion) and told my story and they came out ran the snake from the roof found the clog and my sinks are running beautifully. So Moral Of This Story... trust your instincts it just seemed off from the beginning.
Well, I finally found myself in a plumbing situation where I was in over my head. My daughter in law recommended Royal Flush, as she had dealt with them numerous times at both her previous and current place of employment. I called them early in the morning and they were able to schedule me in within 20 minutes of my call. Richard was the plumber that showed up. I can't speak highly enough about him and the service he provided. Instead of up selling me and trying to convince me of an expensive repair he took time and educated me on a way I could fix the problem myself. While some may think this isn't a "smart business" decision, others will understand that they have gained not only me and every one of my family members as a loyal customers, but I will recommend this company to ANYONE that needs plumbing work. A exceptional experience from beginning to end. Do not hesitate to call and use this company for your plumbing needs, you won't regret it. Richard is a wealth of information, even answered some random plumbing questions I had that didn't pertain to problem he was there to resolve, all in all an awesome dude. Thank you Royal Flush
My family has had nothing but great experiences with Royal Flush. During the winter storm, my aunt's pipe burst and they stopped and fixed her gushing pipe right away for a reasonable prices. My grandmother had someone out to fix her leaky sink and they were so kind and helpful. Most recently, I had my home warranty send out another plumber who quoted me thousands of dollars to completely redo all of my plumbing. When Mark came out he actually got into the crawl spaces (something the other plumbers failed to do), assessed the pipes and said things were working just fine. He then told me what to look for and listen for with my 1930's cast iron pipes so I would know when there was an actual problem. He didn't even charge me for the assessment. I will definitely call them again should I have plumbing issues.
ROYAL FLUSH has SMART plumbers who know what they are doing! Thank you, Cecil, for fitting me in today. Cecil called to update when plumbers were en route. Arrived right when they said they would! RICHARD and E.J. did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning out the main line properly and knew exactly how to do it effectively. Royal Flush solved all the problems that my other plumber yesterday could not solve! Thank goodness for ROYAL FLUSH! Be careful about fly-by-night plumbers out there and pick a reputable company! Just want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYAL FLUSH bc of their great people and outstanding service and price was very fair. You will be so happy! I will definitely call them again and recommend to anyone who needs plumbing service. Shannan--University Park, TX
They were very nice and friendly. However they didn't fix the issue I had with my hot water heater. They came out in August and the technician told me "I'm not sure what the problem is, but it seems to have fixed itself." The hot water was working at that moment, then 4 days later my hot water stopped working again, I called Royal Flush to send another technician out. When they were on their way the hot water started working again, I asked them to still come out to see what was happening. The technician told me someone was probably doing work in he area and maybe turned off our water.... Here it is end of September, and I have now been without hot water for 3 days.... Not happy with their work or customer service. Very disappointed.
