We had an issue with a back-up from our septic tank to our home on a Sunday. Within 5 minutes of calling in for assistance, Chris Maxwell called and let us know he’d be on the way to assist. He was transparent on pricing and what potentially would need to be done. Upon his arrival, Chris was able to determine the issue and rectify it quickly. He also provided numerous pieces of useful information to keep our system healthy and running to its full potential. Of course, with it being after hours service, there was cost involved but given the professionalism and promptness of the service, I was more than willing to pay to get things back up and running. Will recommend Chris for services of anyone needing them and will request him in the future.
We needed to have our septic tank serviced and we used Roto Rooter . They were on the job in no time and gave me an estimate the was very competitive so we chose to use them because they were highly recommended. They lived up to their recommendation! We were very satisfied !
The gentleman that Roto sent was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and updated me on the things he found while working. I was very impressed and would be grateful if he came out to perform the additional work that my plumbing system needs.
A big shout out to Jacob with Roto-Rooter. He came out in less than 24 hours to repair a pipe that had burst in the washroom. This was an emergency call late on a Friday night. Not only was he courteous enough to keep us updated as to when he would arrive, he was extremely polite and professional. He did an excellent job, and got us back up and running in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Jacob with Roto-Rooter plumbing.
Customer service out of this world! I feel like I attended a master class in plumbing from Trevor. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my pipes and how he planned to fix it. To top it all off, VERY reasonable price!
