Roto-Rooter Sewer and Drain Cleaning Services

I called 1st thing Monday morning and explained my frozen pipes and frustration of trying to get help quickly as our pipes had been frozen for a long time and we lost use of the bathroom Sunday. Although very busy they managed to get out by the afternoon and clear out all of our house pipes. They are amazing, Professional, knowledgeable, experienced guys who explained everything as they went along. They will always be who I contact. Thank you for all of your help.

They have been here 3x in less than 3 months, same problem, no solutions, just invoices.

I got charged almost $600 and didn't get my drain opened up all the way because the tech didn't have the correct tools for the job. I don't understand how I still get charged the full amount when the job wasn't completed.

I just moved into my home two months ago, and after a disastrous attempt to fix a blockage on my own, Brandon and Mack truly saved the day. They were incredibly professional—scoping the pipe for any damage, clearing the blockage efficiently, and providing a thorough report afterward. They also explained when future maintenance should be done, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend their services!

Shane & his assistant did a fine job finding clog pipe 10 feet down past toilet and after a hour finally got electric snake to unclogged it at a T in the pipe. Unfortunately it’s very expensive to have this done as myself being a retired senior citizen the price was almost want I get for a whole month on my Social Security payment. So it looks like bread & water the rest of the month.

We had a bsmt floor drain backup that was discovered on a Saturday morning (of course). I made a call to Roto Rooter (who I’ve not used for a long time). They had a gentleman out to our house within 2 hrs. He determined the problem to be the ejector pump. He was unable to repair the problem but was able to evacuate the tank. Very thankful for his help and involvement.

One bathroom and toilet overflowed-plunging helped a little. Called two plumbers and no one was available. Rotor-Rooter of Stevens Point was recommended. The guys showed up early, very personable and professional. Very happy with their service! I will keep their number in my phone so that I can just look it up when recommending them.

If Joe doesn’t get a raise you’ll regret it! Guy came in polite and rolled his sleeves up and got right to work. Unclogged a 6 inch log of roots, toilet paper and the other gross nasty stuff. Cleaned up after himself as well. When the roots come back in a few years I hope joes still there because that’s who I want.

Quick fast easy service amazing guys very very good at what they do very explaining perfectly wasn't that bad in price even cleaned up fixed up everything back to where it was very caring he went to school one of them I think probably both of them but very good guys very good service overall highly recommend

He came in and got the job done. The toilet is working fine and I appreciated everything he did. I thought the price was a little elevated, but we live on Social Security and we don’t have much. I was just happy to get the toilet to flush because I was tired of plunging. Thank you, Roto-Rooter.

Roto Rooter was there when I needed someone now not in 3 weeks. They took care of the clog in no time and then checked the 2nd drain pipe, as long as he was there, and found that it wouldn't be long before that drain would have gave me a problem. So I'm a Happy Flusher again! Thanks!!

They provided outstanding - next day service even though we were one week out of there 90 day warranty at no charge, the Techs were Proffesional & Courteous. if we have any issues in the future, we will be sure to contact Roto Rooter again.
