Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I am very pleased with the work that Roto Rooter did in replacing the existing sewer line at.my residence. They provided next day service and made sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

When you're forced into a bad situation, it's always great when there are people you can rely on. Frank and his team got to us quick. They worked fast and didn't gouge us. Frank helped us with scheduling, insurance and financing the project. I appreciate fellas. 100% will use moving forward.

Dave arrived and immediately had me hand over my credit card info which I thought was different and for an amount that seemed high but must have included the augering and camera input. After the evaluation he insisted I sign a contract to complete the work indoors and out. I said I wanted to call my insurance first to see if it was covered. He strongly suggested I call them after I signed. Again he persists with me signing. He said that insurance would not cover it and they're no good and are not reliant. But I chose to call them and it was covered. I don't know if he knew how he was aware how desperate he sounded. I probably wouldn't use them again.

Both technicians were highly professional and extremely thorough during the installation of my new water heater. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was completed correctly. I appreciate their excellent workmanship and attention to detail.
