Highly Recommend Kelly Malavasic Kelly Malavasic did an excellent job fixing our bathroom drain. The situation was stressful, but he stayed calm, professional, and focused the entire time. He clearly explained what was going on with the older plumbing and made sure everything was flowing properly before he left. On top of that, he was super friendly with our cat—which says a lot about his character. Great workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kelly again or recommend him to anyone needing a master plumber.

Waldo was amazing—efficient, professional, and extremely respectful. We had been dealing with water backing up through the floor drain, and after multiple technicians came out with no resolution, Waldo arrived, listened carefully to our concerns, and immediately took action. He even called the camera technician before starting his work so they would arrive right as he finished—next-level service. He quickly identified the issue and cleared out the roots that were backing up the drain. To be completely honest, this was headed toward a one-star review until Waldo showed up. He completely turned the experience around. This man deserves a promotion and should absolutely be the face of your Colorado Springs location. If you do that, good things will follow.

They did good work but the price is way to high I spent 850$ for them to replace the internals on a delta mixer for a shower. Will definitely not use again way over priced and I removed the shower panel and cut the drywall back just in case the mixer was bad so they could repair it. And it was not an emergency repair either. Be careful this company will rip u off like crazy. After watching and seeing how easy it was. And I know I’m not paying for time I’m paying experience. I understand but anyone who has a general idea of what I had fixed knows that’s way over priced

After dealing with ELITE DRAINS LLC they struggled to diagnose the issue, had poor communication, and left me feeling more confused than confident 4 hours later with no answers, working with ROTO ROOTER was a complete night-and-day difference. They came out, properly diagnosed the problem quickly within a hour, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and had a full sewer excavation completed within a day. What I thought was going to turn into a drawn-out disaster was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. The communication alone set them apart. I was kept updated throughout the process, never had to chase anyone down for answers, and every question I had was answered honestly. Pricing was also fair and transparent with no surprises. The crew was punctual, respectful, hardworking, and clearly experienced. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work, speed, communication, and customer service this well. After my previous experience with another company, I can confidently say these guys are and will be my number one choice at all my properties.

Couldn't get another plumber to come out on Sunday, and ended up calling Roto-Rooter. They fit me in very quickly the same day. Marcus contacted me to say he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. He came in and assessed what was going on, quoted me right away, and also explained all that he thought was happening before going ahead with anything. Upon completions he also shared some possible concerns on what he had found, that had caused the blockage, and scheduled Tom to come out and get a camera down through the pipes (at no extra cost), just to be sure that there was not any larger problems lurking down there. Tom came the same day, and checked out all the way to the mains. Super glad he did! Was holding my breath, and hoping not to find any greater issues, and exhaled in pleasant surprise when all was clear. Super happy with both of these young men. Very up-front and professional. Prompt and informative. I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

These guys restored my faith in humanity! Kudos to Kevin Salmon for his labor and willingness to help my situation by calling manager Ken Reef who authorized the work! Originally, I called a sub standard scamming plumbing company who left an incomplete toilet mess and a clogged main Then we called Roto Rooter! These guys not only cleared our main line, but they repaired the toilet that they did not damage! AND did not charge me for that. If I could give them a hundred stars I would. It seems like nothing is easy in life anymore and everyone is on the take. Not so with these guys! Kevin was so thorough in explaining everything in layman's terms for me and made sure I understood. Kevin and Ken truly blessed us today and im beyond grateful! If you need a plumber...call Roto Rooter first.

We had such a great experience with Mike, Anthony, Curt, Tyler, and Angelo (from Roto-Rooter)! They did the excavation, installation, and lining for our main sewer line (from the front of the house to the road/main drain area) and were awesome to work with from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Their teamwork and attention to detail were outstanding, and they left everything clean and in great shape when the job was done. We truly appreciate their hard work and would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone needing sewer line work done — they’re top-notch! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew — highly recommend them!

Our Tech, CJ Young did an amazing job helping us with an ongoing drain issue. We’ve had numerous Techs from other companies out prior to him and nobody else had fixed the problem, and had quoted us ridiculous fees for subpar work. CJ was straightforward and upfront about the problem (roots in the pipes) and the solution, as well as providing us information about ways to handle the issue in the future. He took time to walk both me, and my husband through the camera footage of the pipes, and he brought a wealth of experience with him that he willingly shared. I highly recommend CJs work and plan to continue to use him in the future for our drain maintenance.

I could not be happier with the service, promptness, & friendliness of everyone I dealt with at Roto Rooter. From the scheduling dept to the people who came by: DeCoven & Theo the first night, and Emmanuel, Cruz, Dave & Danny who worked their asses off to get my house clean & dry after a sewer blowout. DeCoven was there within a few minutes of my phone call & helped me feel that everything would be OK. Theo came by the first night also & diagnosed the problem, then the crews started coming by each day until the job was complete. These will be my go-to guys from now on.

We had a drain clog that needed urgent attention, and the experience could not have been better. We scheduled Thursday night and the technician showed up Friday morning. The technician CJ was incredibly kind, and took the time to understand the unique constraints of our building and the building management. He was transparent about pricing and explained different options available for our situation. He worked efficiently and had everything running smoothly in no time.

Our technician, Saso, was great. He stayed for hours to fix a really complicated issue in a spot that was really difficult to get to, and he was always nice when my daughter got away from me and was being nosy about the work. He also explained everything to me and showed me what he was fixing, so if it happens again, I'll understand what to do to minimize damage to the house before calling a plumber again.

Could not be more thrilled with the RotoRooter team! They came out quickly, priced fairly, and did a great job being mindful that a big trench in your front yard is a homeowners nightmare. Their water remediation team was excellent, explained everything very thoroughly, and on time! Major thank you to Adam, Emmanuel, Dave, Tyler, and Tyler for taking care of everything so seamlessly!

Brandon from the mitigation team was very kind and attentive during this very stressful flood in our basement. We are so appreciative to him and his team. He had excellent communication and attentiveness and made no less than a dozens trips back and forth through the week even coming in on Easter! Thank you so much! . I hope we don’t meet again! :)

Chris Patterson was awesome. He went above and beyond and did an amazing job repelling underneath my sink for me, explained every little detail that he was doing and he was just a pleasure to have around I’ll definitely be calling Roto-Rooter back if I have any more issues and I’ll be requesting Chris Patterson
