Liam was the technician who unclogged my sewer, and he did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He got straight to work as soon as he arrived, and in less than an hour, the clog was completely resolved. The service was efficient and reasonably priced—I would definitely recommend him.

We had a sewage leak and from the moment we called roto-rooter, they were responsive, extremely helpful and helped us fix the problem. Anthony was great when he came out to stop the leak and John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about identifying the issue and walking us through tje next steps. The crew (Ben, Bobby, Leroy, Damian) that came out to fix it were extremely efficient, clean, polite and hard -working. I couldn't have asked for it to go more smoothly and we felt supported during the entire experience. I highly recommend Roto-rooter and will definitely be using them again

I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter! Erik is such a great worker. Very dedicated to detail. We have had him here for drain cleaning and plumbing and would most definitely call again in the future. Also, customer service at the call center in Maryland that fields your call is excellent!!
