Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

So grateful! Brett, from Vancouver WA, went to my older dad's place after hours to check on his plugged toilet. Apparently, it was working by then but he augered (sp?) it and insisted on not charging anything. This is totally special and greatly appreciate his friendly and kind service. Will be using him again, Thank you!

Brett was fantastic explaining to us every step of the way what the issue likely was and how he was approaching our drainage issue. He’s an excellent communicator, very conscientious and extremely hard-working. We would definitely.look to Roto-Rooter again given our experience with Brett today! Technician was friendly and polite and gave great advice. Walked me through the process while preforming service trying to unclog the gutter drain. Great service.

As you’ll see on my profile, I just about always leave 5 star reviews because I believe in not just shredding businesses because they have the occasional mess up, but this one I cannot believe. We had an active and PROFOUND SEWER BACKUP in our house and called input as an emergency. We were told they’d be 45 mins to 1 hour out and then after 2 hours, they called us and told us they could NO LONGER MAKE IT. We had SEWAGE FLOODING OUR HOUSE — made siginifivantly worse by the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and accurate expectation-setting in a time of crisis by this business.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our two recent experiences with Roto Rooter Tualatin. Kyle Conaway, our service tech, answered every question we had and went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. We really appreciated his customer service. And Paisy, our drain tech, worked tirelessly to unclog our pipes. He stayed 3 hours past the end of his 8 hour shift to make sure it was cleared and we were happy. Don't go anywhere else for your plumbing problems because they can handle it all. Oh and by the way both house calls were on a Friday night late (they left at 10pm) and Sunday evening. They don't charge extra for nights and weekends.
