Mason did an excellent job unclogging my toilet! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and was very professional throughout the entire process. He explained what was causing the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also left the area clean and tidy. Nick came to our home for a garbage disposal repair (that turned into replacement). He was very friendly and courteous to everyone, even greeting our kiddo. He was knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about the care for our new unit. Very pleased with everything.

my boyfriend and i called the akron location sunday evening because our basement was submerged in water and we assumed it was a busted pipe. the following day jesse showed up to help! we called thinking a pipe busted behind a wall, but he took his time to diagnose the issue and didn’t just cut a hole in our wall and call it a day. he discovered that our sump pump motor burned out and it was improperly draining into our front yard and recycling itself. he called his supervisor and they squeezed us into their busy schedule. the day of the repair, jesse showed back up along with nate! they did an awesome job. i can hardly tell they dug up our front yard, were professional, very thorough and helpful, informative since my boyfriend and i are first time homeowners and very polite to top it off. couldn’t have asked for a better experience for what the situation was. thanks again, guys!

We encountered drainage issues and my husband contacted them on the same day, and they delivered service within less than three hours. Initially, we thought a root issue was blocking the pipes. However, Justin showcased impressive expertise, examining the drainage system and providing an explanation of the blockage's cause. Although we were unable to resolve the issue on our own, he provided expert assistance, using advanced equipment to give us a thorough understanding of the problem. Justin is the best and we couldn't thank him enough!

Kevin was just out. He is AMAZING!! He is always prompt when arriving for the appointment time. He is so friendly and personable and very efficient. Today he took the time to explain things to me regarding our sump pump and the issue we were having. He was very patient with my questions and made sure he stayed until I understood the procedures I need to take if the alarm goes off again to reset and test it. We are very thankful for him.

We called Sunday evening because we had a drain backed up and pretty much could not use the sink, dishwasher, disposer. A.J. Karder was there within a few hours. Was very congenial and did not interrupt very much what we doing. He was very neat. The price was a little high but we knew what it would be when we called. It was worth it. Would not hesitate to make the same call again.

First time homeowners and our bathroom sink started leaking water underneath. Our technician was very skilled and replaced our faucet in less than an hour! It took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the situation. Very happy with the replacement.

My hot water heater died to death and Roto Rooter came to the rescue. A big shout out to Technician NIck Lively! He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He deserves a raise. His customer service was outstanding!

Kevin was great. Fast, clean work. Replaced the old CPVC pipes connecting to our utility sink - the end result looked significantly better and more durable.
