We had a very good experience working with Anthony Vasquez from Roto-Rooter in Los Angeles. He came out to help us with a clogged toilet and handled the situation professionally from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his initiative and thorough approach. After addressing the immediate issue, Anthony took the extra step of contacting his supervisor so they could bring a camera to inspect the line and make sure there were no deeper problems in the plumbing system. Thanks to that inspection, they were able to identify that the line needs descaling, which helps us plan the proper long-term solution instead of just fixing the symptom. Anthony was professional, proactive, and clearly committed to doing the job the right way. Anthony V was the technician assigned to my case. He showed up within the assigned time and a genuine smile. He discussed the work to be done and we agreed on the price. He performed the work and fixed the problem. What made the experience unique was Anthony's presence. He has a unique glow and positivity about him. He went over and above what I expected even as an experienced landlord. I hope I don't need plumbing services again, but if I do, I hope Anthony V will be available to help!

Calling Roto Rooter was the best decision I could have made, because the technician, Anthony, was amazing! My tenants had a clogged toilet, ALWAYS an urgent situation. Anthony arrived at the property in less than forty five minutes, on a Saturday afternoon! I was nervous because it wasn't possible for me to meet him at the property, while he serviced the toilet. Although, the tenants were there. Anthony was quite professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and patient with me, throughout all of his communications with me. My not being on-site meant I required an extraordinary amount of details as to the situation and what was ultimately the cause of the clogged toilet. Anthony maintained communication with me, clearly explained every step of the process and the associated costs, and even sent video documentation of his process and the eventual clearing of the obstruction. 🙏🏾 He also clearly explained to me what the options would be, if the initial snaking of the toilet did not clear the obstruction. Irrespective of how it turned out, there would not have been any surprises on my end, which I greatly appreciate. There's nothing worse than getting hoodwinked by a service provider. 😲 Further, he provided me with clear, detailed written documentation, so that I was able to recoup the expense from my tenant. Of course, finding employees like Anthony is VERY difficult in these times. People are lazy, inattentive, unprofessional, and simply don't care about putting their best foot forward and professionally representing their employer well. Lucky for me, Anthony is not that employee! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Anthony is a rock star! 🤩⭐️🤩⭐️😎 And I very much hope that Roto Rooter recognizes and acknowledges him for it in a way that reflects that you value his contribution to the Roto Rooter team. If Anthony were my employee, he would be on the fast-track to management and training new employees. Customer service is everything. Anthony was excellent. He handled the drain cleaning on my Japanese Toto toilet quickly and efficiently and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely respectful, kind, and professional, and I felt completely comfortable having him work in my primary bedroom. The issue was resolved fast and without any stress.
