Garnet came out to fix the pipes under my kitchen sink and did a great job. He showed up on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what was going on before getting started. The repair was done quickly and everything is working perfectly now. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left, which I really appreciated. We hired Ryan with Roto Rooters to install a new water line for our refrigerator. Ryan was friendly and communicated every step of the way. Answered my million questions , measured everything precisely to avoid extra drywall repairs , and cleaned up very well after himself. Ryan took his time and never once dismissed our interruptions , excellent customer service. The job was performed the same day I called , and at an affordable price. The technicians ended up getting really busy, so the scheduling team rescheduled me for Saturday, February 14, 2026. This all happened while I was sleeping on the couch, but to their credit, they notified me by phone call, text message, and email. I truly appreciated the communication and professionalism. My technician, William, was absolutely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a new homeowner, I was grateful that he took the time to give me helpful plumbing tips and explain things clearly. That meant a lot to me. Overall, my experience was great. I was honestly nervous about what the cost would be, but it turned out to be very reasonable. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would definitely use their services again.
