Very quick & professional same-day service. Had a pipe burst for our dishwasher which caused some minor flooding in our kitchen. Jerry came by & fixed it with no issues. Would contact him again for future help!

Carlos quickly diagnosed my water heater. After viewing pictures he took is was apparent I needed a new water heater. We negotiated a fair price that I’m satisfied with. Carlos then dismantled old heater and installed a new one. He did this in1/2 day . He was courteous and pleasant throughout. I highly recommend Carlos of Roto Rooter
I love roto-rooter service. Technicians are professional, prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Field supervised and master techs are also incredible at problem solving more complex matters. We had service today with Gerry Martinez and he is excellent. Gerry immediately knew how to address the issue and was patient to listen to the history of the problems we’ve had. Guys are not pushy with sales and truly value you as a customer. Top notch!!!
Kenard Pedescleaux is an amazing technician if there’s a plumbing issue he’s the man for the job. I truly appreciate his expertise his amazing Customer Service and he an amazing and very good Plumber. I’ve been known Nard for 1 million years and doing business with Kenard and he’s great. I love him.
