I called on a Tuesday morning for a clogged toilet. Within a few hours someone was at my house. Dennis was able to find and fix the problem right away, and took the time to explain to me possible scenarios before he proceeded. He was very professional. Prices were fair. I highly recommend Roto Rooter. Very good experience.

One star is to much… When do you actually call a plumber, in an emergency would be answer at least 90percent of the time. My commercial business had a major backup on the main line Saturday am, I called by 10, I choose Roto rooter as I looked up EMERGENCY PLUMBING SERVICE LA MESA, they came up second. I called them and made an appointment. They could not come until Sunday as they said they were very busy. We made an appointment for 11, I asked them to confirm they will actually come the next day as we have no restroom service and it’s important… the operator explained that of course they willl be there. Fast forward to Monday, they call at 11 to tell me they are going to be a little late now it will be one o’clock. I asked again, are you positive your coming, the lady kinda laughed and said I am not canceling I am just delaying as we are busy. (I had an appointment) so one o’clock comes and they call to bump me because they are busy… they will be there at 4…. They show up at 430, I speak to the guy on the phone. The line is 20’ long. He needs to pull the toilet. Tells me it’s going to be 980$…. It was late, he didn’t want to do the job so he gave me a high quote. I unfortunately have had this service completed three other times and it’s always been on the weekend (odds right) the most I have paid was 454$, I asked him how he could give me that price without even doing the work yet?? He said “that’s what the price is” after a short convo I told him to kick rocks!! I would highly recommend to NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!! They are a complete scam!

I made an appointment for today for a clogged drain. I stayed home all day and no one ever showed up! I see on Google maps there are plenty of other plumbers in El Cajon. I am sure they would like my business.
