We would like to take a moment to convey our gratitude for the service call at our home today. Andrew arrived first, & was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, & thorough, in explaining what he was going to do, as well as possible scenarios that could involve further service immediately, or down the road. He informed us that his manager, Nick, was on his way, to do the scope on the sewer line, allowing my hubby to view what he was seeing along the way. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Andrew and Ricardo during my appointment. Andrew came in and explained everything he would be doing. He got the job done with great efficiency. Also, Ricardo was very explanatory as well . He showed the video and explained what I was looking at. Both men were very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!!
