Tech Jean Pierre was an amazing help when our sewage line burst, if it wasn’t for him and Roto-Rooter I don’t know what we would’ve done. Excellent service, great work, thank you so much!

I called multiple places to try to get someone out to check my sink and see what the problem was. I call Roto-Rooter and had an appointment time from the time I called(10am) till noon. Jean Pierre was awesome. He was straight forward with what had to be done and did everything in a timely manner. If we ever have another issue we will be calling them again. Thank you again for the speedy service!

Great service. Came in under 2 hours as promised on a Saturday. Tech Maher was professional and knew exactly what to do. Cleared our plugged nasty sewage line 100 ft out and then shortly after their camera tech Harley came and scoped the whole drain to the street drop off. Got to review with him and now I know what needs to be done to correct the issue so it won't happen again in future..Both techs were awesome. Thanks Roto Rooter...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a plumbing company. This happened on Mother’s Day — my first Mother’s Day without my mom — which was already an extremely difficult day emotionally. We called Roto-Rooter out to snake a slop sink, and what should have been a simple job turned into an 8-hour nightmare. The technician worked for hours before suddenly telling us he had “chipped” our main pipe. The “chip” was the size of my fist. At first he wanted to epoxy it, then suddenly claimed it couldn’t be repaired and the entire floor would need to be dug up. During this entire process, nobody could even give us a clear price. I am disabled and have a feeding tube, and I made them fully aware that having running water is medically necessary for me. Sewer exposure can literally make me septic. Once I explained this, suddenly someone was “available” to come out immediately. While we waited HOURS for another worker, the original tech disappeared without saying a word, only to randomly return later with another man. Then they called in a “camera specialist,” despite the fact that no camera had even been used yet. Before inspecting anything, this man was already talking about ripping up our floors, compromising the water heater, and possibly digging up the front yard. The estimate somehow jumped to anywhere between $13,000–$30,000 before they even properly diagnosed the issue. Both my father and I repeatedly told them we did NOT want our floors ripped up, but they were extremely pushy and continued making the hole bigger by hand. Meanwhile, the original technician never even finished snaking the bathroom sink or laundry sink before leaving the job unfinished. To make matters worse, they left behind tools and a massive contaminated mess in my home — after I had already explained my medical condition and vulnerability to infection. After 8 exhausting hours, I finally asked all of them to leave. The next day, we hired another plumber who fixed the problem WITHOUT ripping up our floors or yard, and for around $4,000 instead of the outrageous numbers Roto-Rooter tried to push on us. Because of this company, I was left without water, displaced from my home for 3 days, and unable to even spend Mother’s Day visiting my mother’s grave. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This experience was a wakeup call. They don’t like disabled people

Easy to make the appointment (even on a Sunday so I didn’t have to lose a day of work). The office kept me updated on when the plumber would arrive and I could track his progress using the app. David was very nice and worked hard to clear up the problem. He even reminded me to use the coupons from the app. While RotoRooter may cost a bit more than a random plumber, you do get what you pay for. They were reliable and ontime and explained everything in detail prior to doing the work. They have flexible hours and can help you out of a jam quickly. It is not easy to find a good service and I would recommend.
