Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter exceeded our expectations in every way! We had been trying to resolve our plumbing issue for about 5 hours on a Saturday when we called them and they were out within the hour. They were professional and informative and overall refreshing to work with in such a stressful situation. They are very fair in their prices and offer a military discount which was a huge bonus! They snaked our line and were not going to charge us unless successful. We had water damage in our home. They inspected it the same night, sat with us through the home insurance claim process, and they begin their work today (the next day) to contain and decontaminate. Josh was very professional, super knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease about the damage and the plan to fix it moving forward. We are so impressed with this company and could not recommend them more! I feel like it’s not so common anymore to find people who do great business like this company. We will be calling them for any and all future needs!

I called Roto Rooter about water on the floor in my basement and they sent someone out right away. The technician snaked the sewer line which fixed the problem. About an hour later Roto Rooter came back out and said that if there's water on the floor or walls they have to check if there's any damage. They found that the wall was wet 100% behind the drywall. They then sent out another crew to fix the problem. I'm very satisfied with Roto Rooter, it's no wonder they have been in business for 95 years. Very professional, and courteous. If I ever have drain problems in the future I will be calling Roto Rooter

First time using Roto-Rooter and we were not disappointed. After making multiple trips to Home Depot and trying to fix it ourselves including renting a drain snake; Chris had our drain clog fixed in no time. He was efficient and did a great job of explaining the process along the way, plus it came with a 6 month guarantee. Thankful to have our home back in working order for the weekend! My water heater was leaking on a Saturday evening, so I called Roto-Rooter and immediately felt relief. They could have someone out the next day and their service manager even called me back within a half hour to review how bad the leak was and assess the care I was receiving was appropriate. On Sunday their plumber, Kevin, showed up as promised and explained everything and followed up with a precise quote prior to starting. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and personable.
