The technician was professional, efficient, and had the issue resolved in about 30 minutes. The service was fast, smooth, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quick response time and quality work. Highly recommend!
We had a blocked sewer line that needed to be cleared. John, from Roto-Rooter in South Philly provided fantastic service. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. He also didn’t make me feel bad for accidentally flushing a rag down the toilet. While I hope we won’t need to call them again, I won’t hesitate if we do.
Emanuel did a great job fixing our clog. He recommend products for us to use on a monthly basis. He was professional and gave us his personal cell number when we need more of the cleaner to keep drains clear. I would highly recommend him.
