Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had an issue with drains in our house and initially thought we were going to need 60 feet of new pipe. However, After Tyler and Patrick, Master Plumber, showed up at our house, things got a lot better! All we needed was a thorough clean-out. Patrick was especially impressive with his incredible knowledge and Dennis, Project Manager, was very personable and accommodating in every way possible.

Will never use again. Had an 8am-10am appointment scheduled. They call at 8am and said they had a call off so we rescheduled to 2pm-4pm. No problem. I leave work at 2pm so I can meet them at my house. 4pm rolls around, still not here. I call the office to make sure they’re still coming. She says yes, they got held up at their last appointment. No problem. I ask if I will be charged an after hours fee since, she says no because your appointment was 2pm-4pm. They finally arrive at 5:30pm. All I have is a clog in my kitchen sink drain about 25 feet down. Told me the price, which I was fine with, but then they proceed to tell me I will be charged an after hours fee because it’s after 4:00pm. Told them the office said otherwise and they disagreed. Walked them out and told them I’ll find someone else.

Had a sewer line block at 530 on a Friday night while having friends over for a BBQ. Called roto rooter and the had someone here in under an hour. Dave was exceptional, courteous and very professional. It was a stubborn blockage and it took him a good 2 hours to clear the line. What a great guy. Had the job done and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. Don't hesitate, it worth every penny in an emergency. P.S. My neighborhood 24 hr plumbing Co didn't return my call until 8 an Saturday morning.
