Red flag
1-star review cites $950 charged on day 1 without resolving sewer clog — snake got stuck, required second tech; reviewer reports continued issues over multiple visits with no resolution
“First they are very late for an urgent clogging problem (scheduled to be here by 4:30pm on July 30, but arrived the next morning, July 31). the technician used a very strong snake and could not take out the snake from the pipe! On that day, they charged over $950 in my credit card.”
Red flag
Unprofessional theme in 2 of 100 reviews; 1-star review cites technician saying 'you should find a guy from Home Depot' and 'wasted my time' after customer declined a $700+ quote
Cited in 1 of the 100 reviews we analyzed.
Red flag
1-star Yelp review alleges charges 3x market rate, incomplete work, and GM refusing refund while emphasizing 'you can't block the credit card payment'
“Zero star! Stay as far away from this company as possible! All that they care about is to rip you off without fixing your problem. Their technicians will come charge you 3x the market fair price, do a crappy job and trick you into paying them with the "90-day warranty".”
Expensive theme in 5 of 100 reviews; $700+ quote for faucet replacement cited as reason for customer to seek elsewhere

The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“So surprise they still get 2 stars! if there was a 0 star option I will certainly do so. my dishwasher was not draining they came , spent 5 mins to check, did not find the root cause, but told me my dish washer is not func and charged me 100dollars we trusted him, ordered a new machine right away and the new machine is STILL NOT DRAINING. the problem is in the pipe! not the machine! we fixed the pipe by ourselves …”
“$950 to remove a toilet and unclog a sewer line about 6 feet out is unreasonable and feels like a rip off. The job takes less than an hour. They normally charge about $350, but lately it seems that technicians throw out high numbers to see if you fall for it, not ethical and wrong. After 20 years of using them, I'm done. "America's most trusted plumbing service provider" no more. Someone else completed the same …”
“We had a leak under our kitchen sink from an old insinkerator kitchen disposal. With house guests on the way, we got an estimate from Mountain View Roto Rooter. We were quoted $450 for labor and $600 for a new disposal. Needless to say we decided to get another estimate. Here's the clincher. Our houseguest ,Uncle Ken,heard what we were quoted for the repair and told us he could fix this problem for us. We ended …”
Positive
“Ashraf solved a really tricky and stuck shower cartridge very quickly. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the issue. Thank you.”
“Lejla and John were fantastic. Arrived within the window, were very straight forward and professional. Highly recommend either or ideally both!”
