I had Angel and Johan out for a quote on a new garbage disposal, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the different options available. Instead of a high-pressure sales pitch, they gave me honest recommendations based on what my kitchen actually needs. It’s rare to find such expertise and transparency for a free quote. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Moses from Roto-Rooter. He was incredibly patient, informative, and dedicated. Despite our unusual pipe setup and weirdly connected lines, he stayed for hours until he got everything sorted and unclogged. He also offered some fantastic suggestions for future services that we’ll definitely be looking into. Five stars all the way!

I had the best Experience with the Roto Rooter team .Joseph Lopez is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly . I couldn’t have been better taken care of. Together with Patrick and Ismael they got to the “root” of the problem. They cleaned out the pipes so amazingly figured out precisely where the blockage was and explained throughly all the options I have in this situation and provided me with a video . I cannot ask for more! Fantastic really!!

We had a little emergency in the kitchen sink. It got clogged on the worst day possible. I called Roto- Rooter and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They sent a technician early in the morning which worked out great. They sent a technician by the name Angel. He was very professional and thorough on what needed to be done. The job was done efficiently and promptly. He was very kind and gave us information for over services which could be done in the future for preventative care. If I can give Angel more stars I would.

Derek and his team provided excellent service. Derek went above and beyond to assist with our water heater replacement. The new heater was installed smoothly, quickly (!), and without issue. He also took the time to carefully walk us through the warranty while ensuring we wouldn’t encounter any future problems. I would confidently recommend Derek to anyone in need of a plumber.
