Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We just moved into our house less than a week and already had a plumbing issue. We called rotor rooter and Dave and Daniel came out right away and helped fix my issue and provide a quote to fix the bigger issue the prior owner did not fix. Price was reasonable and said they can have it fixed! They truly helped provide a sigh of relief as we were really stressed

We received the best service from the time we booked the emergency service at 4 am through installation of our new water heater. Rick did a thorough job: not just the water heater but the lines going to it and shut off valves, etc. It's obvious he takes a lot of pride in his job. We even had a supervisor come out beforehand to assess the situation. Both representatives were courteous and kind. I found the pricing to be reasonable for the quality of work done and the urgency required. We couldn't be more pleased.

Rich came early on the day of the appointment. He removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one and also installed a whole house water filter. The job was completed satisfactorily in good time and the area left clean and neat. Have always had good experiences with Roto-Rooter and with Rich who has been to my home before for a shower faucet repair.

the phone rep was great, she sent someone out quickly for our leaky pipe!! the supervisor that showed up first to check and detect was nice too HOWEVER the lazy plumber came next, he did not come work, he clearly did not want to repair anything!!! the idiot stated he didn't have the part on his truck and will not be able to find it anywhere (45 into a 90 2 small pieces) he thought it was one piece, he had no knowledge no enthusiasm no interest at all so we told him get out THEN my husband "just called len the plumber 🎶" the plumber came out got the job done and it was cheaper!!!

Roto-Rooter was great when they first came out was very informative and helpful. They began the work removing flooring sinks, toilet. So I believe when rhey find out my home owners coverage doesn't cover their work, as well as I'm on dis ability ( still willing to pay).
