I called Roto -rooter for a second opinion today, I used another provider yesterday who told me there wasn’t a clog, they said the issue was because of narrowing of the copper pipe. The technician from the other company used a camera and spent a long time snaking it twice, and was not able to clear the clog in the line. Today, Johnston my Rotor-rooter service technician arrived quickly, he was very professional and explained to me the issue and what my options were and approximately how much each option would cost. When we agreed on an option and price, he was able to clear the clog within 2-3 minutes!!! I couldn’t believe it when I saw the drain emptying!!!! He was so quick and efficient, I was so impressed, I was speechless!! If I have any future plumbing issues I’m definitely going to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Johnston!!! I also provided his info to my landlord to put on his list, for possible future service!!! I am VERY grateful to Johnston for resolving our plumbing issues today!!
