“This company is criminal I would never reccomend them to anyone. They never notified me or other tenants to not use water and they left the water to the building on. While the toilet was pulled another unit started using water which caused a sewage overflow causing over $20,000 in damages.”

“They rescheduled so much we went with someone else. They gave us a 4 hour window and at our first scheduled appt it was an hour outside of that window with no ETA so we rescheduled for the following day. Same issue, they missed the 4 hour window with no ETA. After we rescheduled again and the same issue occurred we decided to go with another company that was able to come within an hour. “Roto-rooter has the absolute worst customer service. Our bathroom has been clogged for a week, and still no sign of hope. They attempted to repair it last week, and were unsuccessful. Here we are a week later, and still can’t get anyone to fix it. On top of that they want to charge us an additional $2300 to do the same thing I just spent $2300 on.
