Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Mr. Anthony from roto rooter was wonderful. Worked really hard beyond normal working hours and solved our low water pressure problem. Very pleased with his work.

Asia from Roto-Rooter came to the rescue! We had a pipe freeze and burst. Asia came and was very thorough with finding the leak and busted pipe. Once she found it, she was able to fix it. Thank you so much Asia! You were polite, thorough and professional. Price seemed reasonable for the situation.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and reached out for help - Tyler was fantastic! He arrived promptly, was courteous throughout, and diagnosed the issue right away. He took apart the pipes, snaked the clog, and had everything back up and running in no time. Excellent service - highly recommend!

Tyler and Trey were prompt, extremely professional, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. My hot water heater failed over the weekend, and Tyler and Trey were at my door shortly after I called for an appointment for a FREE price estimate. They took their time, and assessed all potential issues UP FRONT in order to present me accurate price estimates--based upon different installation scenarios. I would have signed a contract with them over the weekend...but, the wife wants me to get more price estimate.

Trey and Tyler were fantastic. They arrived within 2 hours of me placing the call to report my plumbing issue. They quickly diagnosed our main line issue, and had it resolved in short order. Both were professional, friendly, and clear in their communication. They walked me through the billing process so there were no surprises, and they left the work area spotless.
