Great service! Had a toilet backed up and they were able to send someone out within an hour of my request. I must add that my request was after 8pm and I wasn’t charged an additional fee for after hours. Eduardo was extremely helpful, fast and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I had a late evening leak and was so happy to find this company available and ready to help. The rep they sent out was on time, and very friendly and professional. I immediately felt I could trust what I was being shown and talking over available options. They kept time promises for arrival the next morning and also for completion of the job. Luckily he showed me how to switch off the initial problem until it could be repaired. Finally they did a great job of letting me know what’s was going on and went above what I expected. I’ve been using Roto rooter for years and they are absolutely the best in the business. I had a problem with my TOTO brand toilet and they were the only ones to even say with confidence they knew how to handle this brand. Over the years I’ve always had great plumbers who were courteous, professional, did top tier work and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel confident I understood the problem and what was the best solution. Recently I had Joseph out for a job and he was equally professional, helpful and knowledgeable!
