Israel did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink drain. He was courteous, clean and friendly and did a superb job (the clog was 50 feet away). We would definitely recommend him as a professional to those in need of plumbing related services.

called for a technician to come over to fix a clogged kitchen sink (asian guy). He asked 3-4 questions max (if its clogged from upstairs level or around the house or only the sink), asked how old the house was, and say maybe they would need a long snake to unclog blah blah. Did not assess much, slapped a clipboard with a bunch of words and pricing on it saying it would cost roughly $1000 to unclog my kitchen sink, I asked how do you justify the price, guy pointed at random options on his stack of print out paper and called it "our regular procedures/policies and it's standard price everywhere) Did not bother to explain or answer anything. So i said thank you. I called another company and they got it done safe and sound within 30 mins. Cost $375. What a rip off this company is and pissed poor customer reaction. (Guy was looking tired probably didnt care about working anyways)

I don’t know why i their webste they have 5 starts review, they must be fake. Im a real customer with a real review. I called this company to come and check my kitchen drain pipes which I already knew pipes were clogged. The technician put a snake down the pipe and after 30 minutes she told me that she couldn’t get the snake pass 15 feet.She told me that probably my pipes were collapsed. She charged me $860 for only doing that and ahe didnt even wasn’t sure where the problem was. So I requested the camera inspection but I had to pay her first in order to have the camera inspection. After waiting for hours for the camera inspection her supervisor came with the camera and only spent one minute with the camera down the pipe. His excuse was that he couldn’t see anything down there. I suggested him to go from aother pipe so we could see the problem. He said he wouldn’t. Then he left . They didn’t even put the pipes bqck together and left. So they didn’t fix anything at all andI couldn’t even see exactly the problem . I definitely don’t recommend this company. Run away from this company is a total ripoff. This is a real customer experience real review. If aI could give them 0 starts i would . Overpriced useless company

What a wonderful experience. I came home from work and there was a leak in my ceiling underneath my upstairs bathroom. I called another company and they couldn’t come out until tomorrow morning. I called Roto-Rooter and they could come out right away. They were there within two hours. Earl was the technician and he was fantastic. he had to remove a piece of drywall and some trim to get to the leak. He found it right away and was able to fix it within an hour and a half and then he put the drywall back and fixed the trim and cleaned everything up. I could hardly tell that he had been there. I’ve had some bad experience with other plumbers in the past, and I think I just found me a new company to stick with. Earl and Roto Rooter did a great job. Thank you so much.

My basement was flooding. I called American Homesheild and they sent two service calls with two different venders and neither could not fix my issue. One actually recommended a $3000 new pit which holds the water and not take the water out. I finally called Roto-Rooter who came out within a couple of hours after my called. They replaced the sunk pump (which the other two kept telling me was working) and had the water in my basement subsiding in a flash. I highly recommend this company. By the way, my technician was just as friendly as he could be also. Great Experience with these Rot-Rooter

Another great experience with Roto Rooter. I like that they come on the day you call, even if it’s Sunday. Ngin was the plumber assigned. He was professional, efficient, and quick. He explained what he would do to address the problem, including the best case and worst case scenario. He also provided the cost estimates before starting the work. No surprises with Roto. Rooter, which is why I am a repeat customer.

Had an emergency hot water heater replacement done today, It's Saturday and they were here within about an hour after I called, excellent. Paul the technician did a great job. He was very friendly and explained everything that needed done, with cost upfront. He had me up and running again in just a few hours and cleaned everything up, very professional. Thanks Paul.

The Roto-Rooter plumber, Jacob, was polite and efficient. The company's website and app make it easy to schedule appointments. They were a life saver on July 4 when it is hard to get service. Our pipe had burst and the plumber replaced it within about 40 minutes. Thank you! (The price for service is higher than other plumbers, but worth it if you need help quickly.)

We had Technician Netch come out at our home to fix our tub which was clogged for quite some time,he un clogged it with no problem, we also had a toilet that had been running for some time also which he had to fix and rebuild. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed both of these issues in a timely manner, I was very pleased with his service!

Netch was very knowledgeable and may it simple for me. He was also quick with replacement my faucet and clean up everything without me having to ask or worry. I’m overall happy with the results and yeah I would use him again. But no time soon. Very Respectfully, Ray

I had a leak from the snow from last month and the temperatures wreaked havoc on my pipes. I tried fixing it my self, but it kept leaking. I called Roto Rooter and they came and fixed the problem and I'm very happy I don't have anymore leaks.🥰🥰😍😍
