Fast response, qualified and friendly plumbers, and a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Replaced both heating elements and crappy plastic drain valve on my water heater.
Justin and Hunter did a thorough inspection and were very knowledgeable. I have not used this company before but I definitely will use them again. I really appreciate their rapid response time as well.
Same day service. Arrived within 30 min of call to drain my water heater that wouldn't drain. Justin and Hunter excellent service. The price was great compared to what I've paid with other companies.
The technician was very professional and extremely nice. He took care of our blockage within minutes, and charged me accordingly, because I was quoted about $70-$90 more on the phone before they ever got to my home. I will definitely use them again, if the need ever arises. And I hope to get the same technician, I will at least try to request the same one. Only wished I had caught his name..
I called the Roto - Rooter Plumbing for the water heater. Hunter and Justin arrived properly and set to fix the problem. They replace my water heater take care of my property and clean up after the mess. They are very professional I highly recommend it Hunter and Justin to anybody who needs
