Very helpful and persistent in fixing a stubborn clog. Dairyion was polite and courteous and kept the path to the bathroom clean. He also explained a bit about our particular pipes and plumbing in old houses such as ours. Would recommend to others! They were also able to provide same-day service which I was not expecting.

Today we had an unexpected backup at our home. We called Roto Rooter and our experience was amazing from the beginning starting with the customer service call with Karen. They notified us when our technician Kaiden was on his way. It wasn’t an easy job and Kaiden kept us well informed of the progress. He worked extremely hard until the backup was cleared. Roto-Rooter was honest and worked with us and got the job done successfully. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for the job well done.

Robert (Rob), from Roto-Rooter worked twice at my house. Once to install a new toilet and second to cut out old kitchen piping and install new plumbing along with a new outside hose attachment. Both well within estimated times of completion. He worked alone, but did all cutting, removing, and installing new piping quickly and efficiently. The cost was much lower than expected.
