Roto-Rooter Plumbing, Drains & Water Cleanup

Braden did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable and does very good work. He was very friendly and answered any question I had while replacing our water pressure tank. Would recommend Braden and Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Tommy was great, he was here all damn day poor young man! He was polite and friendly and didn't mind my little dog wanting to help him, lol I kept him away best I could, it was all good! Tommy did amazing job! He put my new sink in and then I was working on the woodwork! It's so much better!!!!!!

To say I’m pleased with the service would be an understatement. I called the night before and received a return call within 10 minutes, and they had someone scheduled to come out the very next day. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. The technician who arrived was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond. Although he wasn’t able to resolve the issue during the first visit, he did everything he possibly could—and then some. He was upfront about the situation and let me know he would return the following day with additional equipment to continue working on it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them.

Chris & Travis were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly! They let me watch everything so I understood too. Chris crawled under my house to be sure where pipe ran & its a very tight squeeze! Excellent service & really nice guys! Definitely recommended, 3 month guarantee is a huge relief too! Had to call them back as after a few days same problem. They came back & again everything seemed good! After 3 more days again same problem. Called again & scheduled but was suggested that I have them come jet my sewer line out instead and this would cost $500. Not sure why that wasnt done the 1st time? Anyways super nice guys but im going back to previous company as they're back up & running, they jet 1st time and no issues! Company needs to do the right thing & not expect customers to put out another $500 because they didn't send the right equipment to begin with!! Really disappointed in the company!!

Josh at Roto-Rooter was the best technician I ever had. he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked on my water softener and I’ve had several people work on it and didn’t know what they were doing. I will always call Josh At Roto-Rooter. And I recommend him and the company. And they were very fair in price
