Our technician Matthew was great. He identified the problem quickly and got our drain working pretty quick. He was also personable and kind, while working at a late hour. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
I was able to get same day service for our clogged kitchen drain. Communication was great and I knew when to expect the technician. Jonathan was professional and despite a simple job ending up being more involved, the pricing was still fair and I’m happy with the results. I would definitely recommend.
Roto rooter service was honest straightforward kind and professional. Both Jonathan and Matthew were wonderful at what they did and informing me of what my service and costs would encompass. They were there exactly when they said they would be and completed the job promptly and professionally. I am very happy with them and will use them again.
I was almost satisfied with the service, but there were significant issues that need attention. The technician did not check whether I couldn’t shut my bathroom door. I was instructed to call should there be installation issues it will be covered but if its a toilet issues then it wont as i self bought it. This plumber without listening to the issues wanted to charge extra rather than assess the situation first. A professional should exercise good judgment, and unfortunately, that did not happen here. Initially, I was informed there would be an assessment to evaluate the work needed, including reviewing the new toilet. The first technician looked at it but did not express any concerns. A second plumber came to complete the job.. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but both staff explicitly told me to call. Instead of evaluating the situation, the plumber immediately tried to quote me extra. He even commented, “you bought a bigger toilet,” without verifying the measurements himself. The new toilet by the way is the same brand,size and make from Lowes. I feel that a true professional should recognize potential issues with toilet size during installation rather than simply trying to complete the job. Assessing the situation first, and then quoting if necessary, would have been the correct approach. I would have been willing to pay for any additional work if it had been justified. I uploaded 3 pictures. The first one indicate that I cannot shut the door after his job, the second picture indicates how it was before as you can see its all the way to the margin. And the third picture is how he tackle it. And that is why I can’ close the door. He left a big gap. Tell me why do I need to pay? It was your mistake! Because of this I am very very frustrated. I am sharing this feedback to help other customers make informed decisions. I value good service and hope this company can improve its professionalism and approach to customer care.
The tech, Mike, showed up quickly and was very polite. He assessed everything walked me through every step of the repair process he planned on doing. There was another issue that popped up that he didn’t feel confident in fixing on the spot so he called another tech that specializes in that particular repair. Overall, service was great.
