Water leak from a previous frozen pipe. Was in a very tight spot, but Travis figured out how to get to. His experience and can do attitude resulted in a quick and neat repair. Thanks for a job well done

We had our 1,000 gallon septic tank pumped and the filter cleaned. They were able to come next day. The timing was great. It was a little more than I was hoping to pay at $575, but I guess prices have risen with inflation. The workers that came were very kind, professional, and efficient. They called to give a 30 minute lead time. The job only took about 30 minutes.

We have a historic home and were having problems with the kitchen sink backing up. The technician arrived as promised and determined that we would have to replace all the plumbing in the kitchen. He arrived promptly the next morning and had us fixed up by noon. The technicians were extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the cost involved and we though it was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Was given a price range for rerouting a sewer line. The estimate had a $2,000 spread (to cover any unforeseen things.) The work ended up being minimal with no digging under house, just a 8 ft straight trench. Was charged towards the higher price. Pleased with the work, not with the price. Would not use again.

My appointment was set at 8AM-10AM. Received a text saying tech was on his way at 08:24. He did not show up until 11:00 AM. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. Cancelled appointment and sent him on his way. I am not doing business with a company that cannot keep appointments. No reasonable explanation given as to why it took 21/2 hours to get to my home.

I called the Athens office yesterday which was Mother's Day on a Sunday. They were so very friendly and said a technician would call me soon. Within 5 minutes, he called and we told him our problem. He asked us what we wanted and said, let me go empty the tank and I will be right out. But we told him no rush and it could wait til in the morning. First thing Monday morning, I got the call to see if they could come out. I said yes you can. So I called Kerry and set the time up. At 9:30 Jarron and his team was out here. They were so professional and friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done. When there were extra things that needed to be done, they knocked on the door and told me and asked me if I wanted it done. They recommended things to me and talked to me like we were good friends for years. They were honest and professional. I would highly recommend this company and this group of men to anyone. Ryan from the Huntsville office came out to install a new water heater. He had actually repaired the toilet and installed a new one on a previous service call. This is a 30 years old fixer-upper house that we were repairing and updating. It had a few issues but they were dealt with professionally and quickly. The service call was schedule between 8am-noon, and the wonderfully pleasant dispatcher, Carrie, called to let us know that Ryan was on his way. As with the other service, Ryan knew exactly what he was doing, did it quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the area, and explained certain things about the water heater. Class One outfit. So glad it is in our area. Thanks Roto Rooter and your excellent staff.

The Roto-Rooter guys were great, came out on Sunday night to get the place semi-livable again by clearing a blockage in the sewer line. I would give you a five guys but your investigation of the drain system in this house revealed some rather disturbing issues that will require extensive repair. (just kidding on the rating I went back up and gave you a five) These guys got out here as soon as they could, got us stabilized and provided some very good information I may need in the near future when it comes to who pays for most of what needs to be done to make things right. We were there 9th call that day and they had to go back another 20 miles to another call when they left here at around 6:30pm.

My son bought a house a couple months ago and start having issues with the drains this past weekend...called Roto-Rooter, was hoping it was just a clogged line...turned out it was a broken sewer line. Nathan came out and snaked it and ran the camera through the line to discover the break. Turns out it had been broken for a long time...anyway, Nathan and Chris got the pipe dug up and replaced and they were great! If you need to call Roto-Rooter, ask for Nathan, he was pleasant to work with and honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. If I buy another house I will definitely have them check the drains with the camera to avoid this problem in the future! Thank you!

Hands down the team that came to our rescue did a fantastic job. What we thought was something simple became quite an ordeal but we could not have asked for a more professional group of guys that aided in fixing our problem. They went above and beyond everything that they could possibly do to fix unforeseen issues. From the moment the first guy showed up until the last guy left the following day it was nothing but a good experience considering that they had to be called in the first place lol. All of the gentleman that entered my home very kind family friendly and hard-working. I appreciate their customer service beyond measure! Thanks guys!

I had to call Roto Rooter last month when it was extremely cold. I felt so bad for the guy that came out because it was below freezing wind chill. He was very sweet and courteous. He went out and was able to get the toilets to flush, which also drained the tubs. I had to have it pumped so he called to get someone out to do that and he called to let me know when they woulf be able to come out and do that. I was just so thankful to be able to flush my toilets for the moment. I will definitely call them again if I ever need service.

Everything the technician told me was incorrect, after I replaced the toilet myself and at my expense due to the technicians recommendation the problem still was not resolved. The technician returned to my home later and said the septic tank was full instead and sorry about the toilet , still wrong after calling a septic tank company, they informed me the tank was at normal operating level just the line clogged between house and tank. I'll never call Roto Rooter again.

Chad Nelson and a returning technician in training came to our house. They called ahead they were coming. They arrived well with the window of arrival promised. They were friendly and got right to work. We had a water leak in one of our toilets where it continued to run just a bit. When they finished rebuilding the toilet, they took me to the water meter and we checked that the leak was stopped. Highly satisfied.

We got home from vacation and had a leak under our bathroom sink, so we called Roto Rooter. They were able to fit us in quickly, and solved the problem that day. While the plumber was at our house, we asked about changing our toilets out. He answered all of our questions and we ended up doing that in the same day. Very polite and professional and will definitely do business with them again :)

We had a problem a couple weeks ago when it was bitter cold. We called late on Friday and Jarod Comier came early on Saturday. He was efficient and polite and quickly resolved the problem. We were very thankful to have this resolved in Saturday rather than having to wait until Monday. We are a repeat customer. Will definitely use them again when we have a need.
