Roto Rooter Plumbing and Drain

We had the main valve break and Josh showed up within a hour on a Saturday to fix the issue. We had a great time joking around but he is very knowledgeable and will do the job right. There is no other plumber I would call. Reasonably priced and no bullshit.

This was the second time I’ve used Roto Rooter and both times I got Josh Stamps. I can’t say enough good things about this professional. His pricing is always fair. He is very knowledgeable and he works fast. I will definitely be using him as my ‘concierge plumber’ for all future needs!

Josh was excellent, knowledgeable, professional, and put me at ease the moment he came in the door. He did great work in a timely manner more than fair with everything he did.

Requested a technician to come & investigate a water leak due to $234 bill. Informed the customer service rep that I had a lot of buried water line & asked if they were able to locate leaks, she stated yes. 2 males showed up the next afternoon approx 5 PM. They checked the meter toilets & water heater, I was told it was a bad meter & they emailed me the receipt , 2 videos showing the meter running & a statement saying the meter was dead.I carried the emails to the FC water. dept They informed me the meter was working properly & that I had a leak on my side somewhere. I phoned Roto-rooter to ask about my next step. The technician ,Josh Stamps, called me back. He was not helpful, stated the fee I paid was just for a service call. Spoke to me harshly& rudely, continued to talk loudly over me said he could find the leak by digging up & replacing all my water line which runs over 3 acres deep from the meter. When I finally was able to speak, he hung up on me with no attempt to call again, not a drop. It has been a very long time since I have been treated so rudely. I gave you a 2 star only because the CCR was kind, even though inefficient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Josh Stamps was amazing! Was here faster than they estimated, fixed what I called for and made adjustments that the other guys messed up. Was professional but down to earth and funny. Highly recommend. Pricing was more than fair as well.
