Informed the customer service rep that I had a lot of buried water line & asked if they were able to locate leaks, she stated yes. 2 males showed up the next afternoon approx 5 PM. They checked the meter toilets & water heater, I was told it was a bad meter & they emailed me the receipt , 2 videos showing the meter running & a statement …”
