Dom did a thorough, extensive job attempting to locate the issue with my drain line. He explained everything he was doing, presented options for the service and insured all potential areas of concern were explored. Dom was also pleasant and polite. A true professional, it was evident he was experienced and competent. Roto-Rooter was recommended to me and it was a solid recommendation. I would definitely call them again.

Quick and friendly service from the moment my call was answered. Frank was absolutely outstanding and took the extra care and steps to figure out the extent of my problem. Something other companies have not done, which also saved me a lot of money. He was thorough, friendly, and all around a great guy! Our downstairs bathroom overflowed, what a mess from a clogged pipe, but the gentlemen from Roto-Rooter did an excellent job. Didn’t leave until everything was running well. Mr. Malik came and cleared a deep clog for us on New Year's day 🙌🏽 We had water going all over the garage. He really saved the day. In addition to that, he helped ease my mom's mind throughout the process, continuously assuring her that he was going to get the job done. Great Work. Great Customer Service. Highly Recommended. Had a really good experience with 2 Technicians however, I realized later in the evening that even though the drain was cleared that morning by the 1st technician, my bathtub still wasn’t draining. Robert came out around 9pm and did everything he could to clear the blockage. He was Awesome! He communicated everything he was doing and made sure to clean up afterwards. Very polite and respectful.
