“Roto-Rooter was amazing. They arrived 40 minutes early, were very professional, and responded within two hours of my call for a backed-up toilet that flooded our basement. They handled the situation quickly, vacuumed up the water, and deodorized as much as possible. In a stressful situation, they were efficient, respectful, and thorough.
