Guy came in and did half the job. He left for another customer. The next day a different guy came in to finish what the first plumber started. And on top of it all they charged us almost double what they quoted us.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Rose Plumbing to replace my hot water heater and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to a customer satisfaction. Rose Plumbing displayed exceptional skills and knowledge. The technician who came to my house was highly experienced and quickly diagnosed my problem. The repairs were carried out efficiently, and the results were impeccable. It took him under two hours to replace my hot water tank and he also went above in beyond by putting in a pipe so if it were to leak again or fail in the future the water would go right into my drain. Throughout the process Rose Plumbing maintained a high-level of professionalism. They arrive promptly at the scheduled time, were courteous and respectful, and took the time to explain the issue and the solution to me in a way that was easy to understand. They were very honest and transparent in their price and detailed information. They scheduled a visit to my house the very next day, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Overall, my experience with Rose Plumbing was a 11/10. I can’t recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance, and I will certainly be calling them again in the future.

I called Rose to take a look at a defective water heater and furnace. I was concerned about the gas line and felt uncomfortable working on it myself. I made the call, and they could come within 48 hours, which worked out just fine. Kelly was the plumber, and he was great! He did a great job communicating before his arrival, and he did a great job finding and repairing the issue as well as identifying a small gas leak on the water heater. I have also recommended Rose to many of my real estate clients, and the feedback has been superb. Rose is the first place I call if I have a plumbing issue of any kind!

I called Rose Plumbing right when they opened, and they were able to slot us in quickly despite the last-minute request! Grant came out to our house promptly. Our water heater was fairly old; Grant said there was a potential solution for keeping the pilot light on, but he recommended we get a new one installed (which we had expected). Incredibly, he was able to again fit us into his schedule, and within two hours, was able to get a new water heater from their supplier and install it. Very professional and incredibly efficient! We cannot recommend Rose Plumbing enough.

Rose Plumbing is my “go-to” plumbing service for a variety of repairs! We needed a backflow installed that was required by the City Of Columbus. They got a quote over to me within a few hours, had the job scheduled and they just completed the work this morning. Everything looks clean, up to code and professional. Grant was the tech that took care of the job. We also use Rose Plumbing for several backflow tests at different facilities, as our last plumber retired from the trade. They picked up where he left off. Fantastic company and fantastic people! 🙂🤙🏻

Rose plumbing was very prompt, professional, and punctual. The work was done accurately. I have used Rose plumbing for my rental properties on numerous occasions. I appreciate great service which is tough now a days in the contracting business. The Tech Rose plumbing sent out. Michael, texted, was able to arrive earlier and replaced the cartridge in my shower and unclogged my shower drain. Precise, punctual and professional. I will continue to use Rose plumbing for my plumbing needs.

I called Rose Plumbing because of a leaky toilet. Mike was sent out and he said he replaced the wax ring. After Mike left, the leak got worse. I called back and Grant came out and said the set of the toilet was off. Grant was extremely nice and genuine. He reset my toilet and made sure it wasn’t leaking before he left. I would call Grant for plumbing work any time! However, I would not have Mike back.

Grant was very professional and thorough. He listened to all of our descriptions of what's been happening. We recreated the noises we were hearing. We needed an expansion tank as well as needing our hot water tanks flushed. He took great care to remove his shoes at the door and laid plastic in case of water leaks from the drain hose. We are very happy with his work.

The repairman was able to fix the problem without having to rearrange or tear out the wall behind my shower. He even offered a good suggestion to help filter my water. Also, Rose Plumbing returned my call in a timely manner to set up an appointment. I will call them again if I have any further plumbing issues, which I probably will....old house in CW.

Ryan Rose is the most impressive business owner. I have a match in a very long time. I am a realtor and have had many opportunity to use maintenance companies. My experience started positive with the employee scheduling my appointment. Very polite and helpful. The plumber was on time, very polite. He explained everything that he was doing. The work was completed that day. Definitely consider the Rose Company as my plumber company. Will use them again.
