Called to make an appointment for estimate on installing a kitchen faucet we bought. We got an appointment 08:00AM the next day and was the best price we had received from calling others for quotes for this the job. Jacob Smith did a great job explaining what he was going to do and in about an hour had removed the old faucet, checked for wear and tear and installed new faucet equipment for the price he quoted. Jacob was professional and friendly and really established our trust in Rooter Guy. They now are the first call we make for any plumbing needs we come up with. Very pleased!

Eric did an excellent job repairing our hose bib. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He arrived right on time, explained the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. We really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Gordon, Valentine, and Tanner did an incredible job replacing a kitchen sewer line in my basement. They were great to work with! They were very professional, showed me exactly what the issues were, and what to expect, before starting the job. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. We closed on a house on a Friday and by Sunday, we were already having plumbing issues. We had no idea what was going on since we had experienced inspectors and plumbers (from other companies) come out before closing. Eric and Chauncy came bright and early Monday morning. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as we showed them a video of the sewer scope from the week prior, they immediately said the cast iron pipe was rotting and we'd have to replace it. They cleared the pipe to the best of their ability and performed another sewer scope to confirm their suspicions. Our realtor couldn't believe that all of her experienced and trusted contractors could've missed it and we got a second and third opinion, and all of them agreed on the issue. Rooter Guy gave us the best quote, so we hired them to replace the pipe. On Friday, Rooter Guy sent Valentin, Chauncy, Gordon, Cody, and Tanner to replace the pipe. They were quick and did a good job of removing the necessary LVP flooring without ruining any pieces. It's been a week and we have had no problems since. We highly recommend Rooter Guy!

Chauncy got us started with a quick estimate that was much lower than the other two bids. Then Gordon, Cody, and Valentines took out our rotted kitchen sewer pipes and replaced them. They were in and out in a day that included jack hammering up the foundation and pouring new concrete. They were even able to save some of the tile. No more sewer back ups at Thanksgiving.
