Excellent & fast same day service. Showed up when they were scheduled so we were not sitting around waiting time. Great communication as well.
RPM plumbing is very professional and knowledgeable. Eric and his crew were very courteous and the customer service was second to none. Project was started and finished when promised so I am thankful for that and so are my tenants! For any future plumbing needs I will definitely use RPM again and I’ll definitely let friends and family know. Thanks Eric and RPM plumbing for the awesome service!!
Needed a plumber on a Sunday. Found the first one on Google and luckily, they turned out to be great. Initially, I thought it was would be a simple snaking job. But Arturo and his team did a thorough check and was able to find the real problem with the main line. They were quick and got the job done within 3 days. Great service and nice people. Would recommend.
So far it's been not so good Sevice. First time they come to replace the Shut off Velve,he didn't finish so he had to come back the next day. The next day,he finishes in 4 hours. The next day, I see 3 different leaks. I called and they said someone will be here between 9:00 and 11:00 . I'm still waiting for him to show up. To be continued. Plumber show's up and tells me he will be back in 2 hours to fix the issue. 5 hours later he is still not here. Don't recommend this Plumbing Company to nobody. To be continued. So now it's 7:15 p.m. and the Plumber never came back. 8/19/25. Never got a call from their Office to tell me he would not come back. Can't believe this is happening to me. So,I'm back on 8/20/25 and the Plumber is back at 8:30 a.m. Let's see if he finishes and does it right this time. To be continued.
I've never written a review for any company, but I felt so strong about letting others know that I had a great experience using this company to resolve my parents plumbing issues. When I called with the plumbing concern they sent out someone within an hour. Their pricing was fair and they did an awesome job. Thank you Greg and Eugenio!
