I called Rooter Man because my kitchen sink was not draining. I assumed it would be a simple clogged line service but unfortunately I was wrong. My clean out line for my sink drain was clogged and had a sudden break. They sent Rodrigo out immediately and within an hour he was at my home. Rodrigo was the best! He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that my repair was not only complete but he also inspected the entire underside of the home to see what else possibly would need repair in the future. I am looking forward to my next repair and will use Rooter Man !

Sam was here right at 10:15, which I truly appreciated. Sam was so patient, kind, and professional. I have anxiety and he made me feel calm and comfortable the whole time. Payment was easy and the entire process was smooth. Sam honestly deserves a raise. Such a great experience! If you’re in Orange County or Anaheim, definitely call them first. 💕

The plumbing work, speed of work, and communication of work was great. But, I would never have had them include drywall, patch, or paint work in the job if I knew it was going to be this bad. They should outsource the drywall to other contractors or not charge what they do for a project (over $30k!) if this is the end result.
