If there was an ability for me to give MORE than FIVE Stars, I would have! This company and the serviceman, Jorge P., were amazing! First of all, they text you a picture of what the serviceman looks like. Then, they also include the vehicle's number and information. Everything is transparent, upfront, and informative. Especially for us ladies, it is a reassuring thing to our loved ones that a company gives upfront information like this. They offered me same day service, kept communication with me, provided a thorough inspection, with a detailed estimation. Jorge P., the repairman, went above and beyond what the other plumbers who have been here in the past did. He was cordial, polite, personable, professional, and discovered issues that no one had found before. Their vehicles are fully stocked with all types of tools and equipment, too. Jorge P., at Rooter Man Plumbing, was so prepared! I cannot write enough good things about the experience I had. I HIGHLY recommend this company, particularly, Mr. Jorge! The technician who came to my home was great. Very efficient got the job done. He cleaned up after himself very friendly. The communication in the office Was not as good. My appointment went from between 10 and 12 to between 1230 and 130 but overall, it was a good experience.
