Called Johnny last minute for a drain that was backing up and overflowing in another bathroom. Found him on Google. No emergency, but he came within a couple hours and fixed the issue. Also fixed a leaky valve for me. Totally professional. Very personable and funny. Reasonable pricing. Excellent work. I can’t wait to hire him again!

I can’t say enough good things about the amazing service I received from Rooter-man! I had a whole house main line backup(due to inappropriate things being flushed down the toilet!). They responded to my text immediately and promised to get to me that day. They gave me advanced notice when they were 20 minutes away and within2 hours of my original cal they arrived They fixed the problem and were then willing to check the shower drain and bathroom sink drain which were also problematic. They successfully snaked both and cleared these drains too. They were professional and compassionate about helping me get my facilities working again and reasonable for the quality, emergency services they provided. I am grateful I got their number.

Johnny is the man. We had a burst pipe issue due to freezing temperatures and he showed up promptly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem efficiently without trying to upsell or overcomplicate the repair. He replaced the damaged section properly, transitioned it to PEX, and made sure everything was tested and working before leaving. You can tell Johnny knows what he’s doing — professional, honest, Pricing was very fair, especially given the quality of the repair. If you’re dealing with a plumbing issue and want someone reliable, Johnny is the guy. Highly recommend.

Please do not use any other plumber other than Johnny + Rooterman. Not only is he an amazing, trusted, intelligent professional, but his attitude and hospitality throughout the entire process is absolutely top notch. I had a backed up main sewer and he came to not only snake my drain, but he also hydrojetted it and put his camera down the drain to 100% verify that the roots have been removed from my drain. He honestly ensures that your plumbing issues are resolved before he leaves. In fact, he even snaked out my drain one last time before he left (he didn’t need to but he wanted to be absolutely sure there were no roots left). And don’t get me started with pricing. Johnny’s prices are unbeatable and all the amount he charged me was WAY WAY less than what others charged me. I have used several plumbers in the past and I am NEVER going anywhere except to Rooterman. Johnny is also an absolutely amazing teacher to his apprentices. Ralphie was helping me and his attitude and willingness to learn and just ability to snake out my main drain was amazing. Anyway, not only is Johnny great, but the people he chooses to join his team also meets this level of standard that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. If you’re a new homeowner or someone who always gets ripped off elsewhere, please just give Johnny a call. Ive attached some videos and you can see that Johnny and his team literally worked on my main drain until the sun sets. You can’t find this dedication anywhere else

I have HomeServe and recently needed service for my septic tank, and they sent Rooter Man Long Island. I spoke with Johnny on the phone first, and he was incredibly professional, caring, and attentive to my concerns. But when he arrived, his professionalism exceeded my expectations even more. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, getting everything back up and running in no time. He is NOT your typical plumber who drags their feet or looks for excuses to charge extra. He came in, saw the problem, and got straight to work. His personality was so warm and genuine that it felt like I had known him for years. It was truly a pleasure working with him.
