Fast service, honest and trustworthy

The “hero” assigned to us for an emergency clog said he would be right back after buying some necessary supplies and disappeared for hours. I, being confused as to where he went , called the base near the end of day and found out that he was now on another job. The most unprofessional and unethical behavior I have ever seen . Clearly if the job isn’t quick and easy money they just tap out. Lame. Worst experience with a plumbing company yet.

Looks like what they have is all paid reviews, there is no way any customer can feel happy about their work and give 5 star review. I don't have zero star option, otherwise I could have selected that. Don't trust their offers in their web site. I had clogging/drain at washer. Rooer hero sent an agent, first looking at problem he said $77 to snake it and check drain and it's attached a u shaped pipe and to remove that pipe it's $225. I never understand who in this world will have water flowing without pipe connections in the homes. I fixed that myself and allowed him to do the snaking job, he tried for 15 minutes and said there is nothing problem i see but could be something is broken inside. So next option is going with hydrojet which is $1600 cost. I asked can you give assurance that hygrojet fix the issue or don't charge if you can fix the issue. His answer is irrespective of fix/no fix its same charge. So they are looks like just fix basic problems which you can do yourself, don't waster even $1 working with them, they are not worth.

My elderly mother called this company for a clogged kitchen sink and mentioned that her garbage disposal was leaking. They replaced the disposal and pipes under the sink and charged her $1,700. They attempted to snake the line for only a few minutes before saying it could not be cleared. Another worker went under the house and told her the pipes needed to be replaced and gave an estimate of $10,000. I advised my mother to cancel that work. The next day, we hired a different plumber who snaked the same line for about three hours and fully cleared the clog for $225. Based on this experience and the huge difference in diagnosis and price, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Couple days ago my laundry sink wouldn’t drain so I started to google and found them for a quick snake, they sent Jordan a master tech to diagnose my problem. Turns out all this time my underground was filled with roots and had cracks in the old pipes. Yes, nobody wants to hear an issue like that but when you own a property it must be fixed eventually. We agreed on a fair price to get it replaced, it was a headache cause of course it involves money especially in this economy. Hindsight is 2020 I’m glad we had rooter hero to solve our minor problem before it became major. Ask for Jordan he’s super cool and Knowledgeable! The turn around time was quicker then I expected. The technician was able to identify and repair the leak with ease. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because we had to reschedule, so we gave them a call and rescheduled. Unfortunately when we called, it didn't reach the office that I originally had the schedule with, so we had to reschedule again. Then after the repair, the technician did not fully clean up after themselves, leaving drywall dust all over our kitchen counter and even left a half full roll of plastic on our kitchen floor. I just wasn't impressed by the overall lack of communication between their main office and our local office combined with the lack of attention to detail from the tech.

Rooter Hero Plumbing is professional and responsive over time and has even gotten better over the years. We recently were helped by jed and are So grateful. Jed is highly skilled, professional, and is a clear communicator. He never speaks down to you and puts everything into simple terms. Jed recently went above and beyond on a couple service visits in particular. We will continue to ask for him every time. He has made our experiences with Rooter Hero Plumbing even better and we hope we he will be with them for as long as he likes! Thank you jed!

Complete scam. Two guys came over, looked at our shower drain that was draining slowly, told me to leave the room, and then when I came back in, they said their auger was too big (even though it looked like a 1/4 inch which should fit my drain) and they said that they’d need to bring their supervisor out to do a hydro spray at an extremely jacked up price of $1500-$2000. My hunch is that they advertise cheap drain clearing services, make it worse, and then up sell desperate customers on expensive up charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We called them for a clogged drain. Not only did they not fix it (still charged us $50), but they told us our pipes were corroded, which would cost 15K to de-scale and line with epoxy (though they kept dropping the price if we wanted to get started the next day)! We were wary and ended up calling another plumber. They snaked our drain in less than 10 minutes and said nothing about our pipes being corroded. Would not recommend.

Although we are still in the process of our repair our technician Adrian Tellez was probably the best we could get for the job. After searching for some time for a good company to go with we stumbled upon this one. Adrian was honest with the issue and was very helpful. If anyone needs any service through this company then request him. He will ensure the job gets done in the best possible way. :)

I could not be happier with the professional service I received from Rooter Hero, and specifically Luis Negrete. He was our first plumber to try to solve our blocked drains. We ended up needing a whole house repipe, which the team from Rooter Hero did with exceptional knowledge and enthusiasm. I’m completely satisfied with the job well done!

I had overflowing at midnight, do I call them and Blake came. He assessed the work and damage, because it was a major problem, he came back at morning with his team to take care of it. They did good job and they could find the problem quickly and fix it. I highly recommend them if you need a professional plumber.

Came the next day, cleared pipes, used a camara to find out our 67 year old pipes were full of holes. Estimate given and scheduled 2 days later to repipe. All done in one day. Inspected and paid for a few days later. Nice workers. Cleaned up after themselves. Decent price. Happy customers.
