Easily requested a same day appointment online. Their response came in a timely manner and they communicated who would be arriving and when I could expect them. Eli arrived and was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Not only did he fix my sink issue, he clearly explained the situation, so now I’ll know what to look for should I need to call for help again. I highly recommend and would be happy to have Eli’s services again. Thank you!

Cody was awesome! He came out to unplug our bathtub drain. He was in the middle of snaking it when the snake broke (could've happened to anyone). Instead of making me wait for a trip back to the office or another truck, he ran around the corner to the hardware store, grabbed what he needed and got the job done quick. Also, the customer service was great! Cody was super personable and he even cleaned up the area afterwards. Bathtub is back to normal and the price was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend these folks. Not all heroes wear capes!

Cody provided excellent service and explained my options to me when he came for his initial inspection. He gave me a quote for the service. I agreed to and he went to Home Depot to grab the parts. He was back fairly quickly and was very considerate of the noise level because my children were asleep. He was very friendly and put me at ease about having to call an emergency plumber at night. 10/10 would recommend this company based off his level of service alone.

We had our kitchen plumbing cleaned/ flushed and was over charged for work not completed properly and submitted a complaint and still have not gotten resolution! Do not trust this company they Over charge their services in San Jose- find another company

Two guys came out and snaked the main deer line under the house from outside. A tile was stuck in the sewer line. They then quoted $23,000 to repair it, and insisted they could start right away. The remodeler whose sub dropped the tile in the sewer line snaked it from the toilet, the tile fell over, and it was washed out to the main sewer line. No charge.

After attempting to and being unsuccessful in scheduling a visit with one of several plumbing companies to unclog my kitchen sink, I thought I would have to endure even more gross backed up water and gunk for who knows how much longer. I was so discouraged. Then I stumbled upon Rooter Hero! My first contact was Marielyn who was able to schedule a consult that same day. She patiently answered my questions in a manner to give me hope that her company understood my frustration and and would do their best to meet my needs. Thank you so much for your attentiveness. How happy I was to open my door at the scheduled time to meet my Hero, Cody, standing there with the widest of smiles. Cody took the time to educate me regarding his diagnosis and plan. I had called up rooter hero for looking at why my dishwasher was leaking water through the air gap. I had already cleaned the p-trap and the connector to the insinkerator, but still the water was leaking. Once he arrived, he looked at everything and said that he would need to snake the dishwasher till the main sewer line which I found strange since, the exit of the dishwasher should be at the insinkerator. He quoted 365$ for that. I decided to skip. Then I just thought to check with another local plumber. He came and said there was a little gunk still left which he cleared with his finger and everything was back to normal. I feel there was an ill motive to extract the money by the technician.

Delightful experience from start to finish. I booked online late on a Saturday and Luis Segura picked up my appointment immediately. He was en route quickly and arrived on time. Luis was very respectful of my space and went above and beyond to ensure that no dirty water ever got on the floor. He explained every step of the process and set expectations. He did the job with great care and patience. In the end he got the job completed and got me a working kitchen sink and unclogged drain. Rooter Hero and Luis Segura provided a comprehensive and affordable service that left me very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this company and Luis.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Rooter hero was extremely responsive and helpful. I was out of the country and got a major leak detected. Calling 4 other 24 hour plumbers I was losing hope but then I called rooter hero. They were extremely communicative and able to get the issue fixed for us within the hour. Cody our technician was extremely helpful and described the exact issue and fixed it over the phone since we could not be there in person. I would highly recommend them for any future jobs!

My child accidentally clogged the toilet, and it was a complete mess, but he showed up quickly, handled everything professionally, and had it fixed in no time. He was respectful, efficient, and didn’t overcharge. Honestly made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend if you need fast and reliable help!

I cannot possibly recommend Rooter Hero enough! John arrived exactly on time, walked me through the problem, fixed it, and then gave me follow-up options all in a way that was easy to follow without feeling like I was being talked down to. Accommodating well beyond my expectations, it was perfectly painless and informative in equal measure. I hope I never have this issue again, but if I do I know exactly who I'll call!
