We were rescued by Rooter Hero. A 73-year-old cast iron pipe inside our house finally failed. Heroes identified the problem and did everything necessary to give us a good functioning plumbing system
Our technician, Daniel Rosas was fantastic to work with! He took his time assessing our property to make sure to give us the accurate quote for their services. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had regarding the cleaning process. At the time of service, he worked efficiently and safely! We are very happy with the service and the outcome! Definitely recommend Rooter Hero to friends, and especially Daniel for such excellent work! Thank you!
Absolute scam artists. They lied about the extent of the problem and the service that would be required. Overcharged the service by 4 times the industry average rate. Said it could be up to a certain amount, then charged me the entire amount after about 30 minutes of actual work. Pressured me to make the payment. Called to get a a payment readjustment and they never called me back. Called the "care team" and Alex said he would do an investigation. Never again answered or returned my calls. STAY AWAY from this place. No idea why the state California or the CSLB allows them to operate like this.
No heroes of mine! While they advertise a low piece, the guy had an attitude and said he wanted $189 to unclog my toilet. After 2 min. He came back out and wanted almost 400 to remove the toilet to unclog. Told him I needed another quote, called mvp-plumbing and they got me all squared away, without removing my toilet mind you, for $99. Shop around folks!
Wish I could leave a negative rating. This company is full of crooks and cowards who’s management won’t even take a phone call when they know what they are doing is wrong. I have a split unit a/c in my living room that was leaking water. A tech came out and advised I needed a new condensate pump. The quote came days later after I had to seek them out to get an answer. I was quoted at $1,140. I reached out to another company who came out and advised the pump was working just fine. All the tech needed to do was clean the pump and clean the unit itself. Now my a/c unit is running beautifully. I will never use Rooter Hero again.
