Bryan was fantastic. He fixed our plumbing problem in no time, and taught us how to see what was wrong for the future. He was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and even our dog liked him! When are water heater died unexpectedly we called and John came out the very same day to assess the situation. He was thorough knowledgeable and genuinely one of the nicest professionals I've ever met. He provided a clear quote and promised the new unit will be installed by 12:00 p.m. the next day - and he absolutely delivered. John's crew arrived installed the new water heater and fully tested everything before leaving. They were courteous professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. From start to finish this was a seamless stress-free experience. Outstanding service excellent communication in true professionalism. This is an easy five star. Highly recommend it

I waited over 6 hours for what was explained to me as “correct leak detection during rain”. Then “in transit on freeway” Meanwhile I have a horrible leak on my property. Your company billed me $50 for waiting!!! Only to discover the incorrect water meter was being observed!!!

The first tech they sent out seemed to argue with what my dad. He was saying they can't snake where the actual clog was at. He got some things to move and the clog seemed to have been moved. The next day I showered thank God, but my dad has been very sick and went to shower for the first time since he was home from the hospital..Needless to say poop water backed up into the shower. So the first tech did not solve the issue. We called back at 2:30 was told the dispatcher would call. I called back 2 hours later And was told he was busy and would call before he came. 7 pm. I called back. I was told the same thing. The same guy who didn't get it fixed the first time called. Said he was still on a job then will have to drive all the way to Stockton. He said he would be about and hour or so. At 9 pm I called again they said the TECH wasn't answering his phone. They called another tech and finally someone called me and let me know the other tech would be on his way. The first one finally showed up. Still was not listening to what my dad was saying. I told him another tech was on his way. He called dispatch because we were not in his schedule anymore. I was told someone else would be coming over. Shortly after that Able showed up. He listened to what my dad said he put the snake where my dad asked him to as well as everywhere else . He made sure the job was done right. He knows how to listen, as well as do the job right. Very personable, kind, understanding and me and my dad were very impressed. Seemingly the first tech really didn't want to be doing anything to make the situation right. Maybe if he doesn't like the work or hours he should find a job he likes because his distaste shows to the customer. Also he needs to call and let the customer know when he is running late and not avoiding the customer waiting on him. Able is great and deserves a raise. Toilet flushes, shower works, still. I had an excellent experience with this plumber! My kitchen sink was completely clogged and nothing I tried worked. From the moment I reached out, they were responsive, professional, and arrived right on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything cleared out in no time. What I really appreciated was how clean and respectful they were of my home—no mess left behind, and they even took the time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. It’s not easy finding someone reliable these days, but this plumber truly exceeded my expectations. Honest, efficient, and reasonably priced—I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!!!!

Let me just say that, Brian Rameriz, the technician, he went beyond what I expected. He unclogged the bathtub and drains are clear. He also found some underlining issues that I was unaware of. Very honest and straight forward guy. He explained to me that these issues need immediate attention. He listened to all my complaints regarding the plumbing issues and he answered ALL MY QUESTIONS. Im extremely happy and satisfied with Brian's work. I will be calling Rooter Hero if I ever need their services and I will be asking for Brian Rameriz, to be my Technician.. Thank U Rooter Hereo's.😊

Ignacio Ramirez did an amazing job making sure he looked over the problem I was having with my kitchen sink not being able to fully drain. He ended up clearing it, and also he made sure before he left that the job was good and I wasn’t going to get any issues to use again. And he cleaned up as well which was great ✅. (Only bad thing I’d say is that I booked it a day prior but I assumed it was a busy day and no plumber was able to arrive until the following day, communication could be better but 1 day is not the end of the world)

The men that dug the trenches, fitted the pipe, removed the cement and replaced it were amazing! Very, very hard workers (Ramon and the crew; Adan, Alvaro, and Ismael) Angel was the project lead and has the first person we met and the one to close out the job, overseeing everything in between. He was personable, approachable, communicative and care about his work. My job was not straight forward and Lucas did a lot of footwork to secure the permits. Thank you all for your hardwork.

We had a great experience working with Aaron from Rooter Hero. He was professional, friendly, and very upfront about what was going on with our plumbing and what it would cost. He wasn’t pushy at all — just honest and appropriately guided us through the situation. Most importantly, he made sure the right team came out to get the job done. Wow if I could give over 5 stars I would. Tyler and his crew came within 45 min of me booking the appointment. They fixed our clogged drain and put in our new sink within a day. AND VERY reasonably priced. They are absolute problem solvers. If we ever have any sink installations or clogged drains in the future, I will always pick Tyler and his crew over anyone else. Thank you!!!

Alex and Rodney did an amazing job on what turned out to be a very major problem that presented as just a clogged bathtub. They were able to clearly explain and show everything that was going on, and took very good care of us! Even the dogs liked them!! The best part was the communication explaining what to expect and time frames. All of which went exactly as described
